Hauser Hotel St. Moritz

The location is great, making it easy to walk to the lake, and it's right by the main street. It's not far from the train station, but there's a big uphill climb. Just remember to book the shuttle service with the hotel a day in advance, and that problem is solved. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and even managed to get a mini bar set up, which I really appreciate.

The breakfast was superb! Coffee and tea aren't self-service; staff come to your table to take your order once you're seated. The hotel provides a St. Moritz area transport card, which covers train, bus, and cable car fares. This means the high transportation costs are essentially sponsored by the hotel, which was a very pleasant surprise! 😃 If you email the hotel your train arrival time in advance, they'll send a car to pick you up from the station. We had two meals at the hotel restaurant. While not cheap, the food was delicious and definitely worth recommending. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to St. Moritz.

【Room Type】I booked a Comfort Double room. Since the mattresses were separate, it felt more like a twin room. 【Shuttle Service】Being able to request a shuttle from the station to the hotel was a huge plus for accessibility. You can also ask the front desk to call a taxi for you. (It took about 5 minutes and cost 20 francs... which is pricey, but it was a great help as I had an early morning departure.)
