"We spent 2 nights here as travelling on the Bernina Express. Booked directly online but email from the hotel confirming had a link that was corrupt. Received a 2nd email with check in link a week before arrival date and again had a corrupt check in link, had to contact the Reine and Laudinella group emails to resolve but both very slow to respond, was promised a link via whats app that was slow to arrive. Requested a kettle and extra pillows but none were present. Found out from another guest at departure there was a Spa in the Laudinella we could use but no info at the Corvatsch about it. Rooms are dated and lacking a fridge. Very small shower and grubby carpets. However, the restaurant served high quality food and very attentive staff. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food on offer. The shuttle bus to the station was very good. Would i stay again ? probably not but i'd definitely visit the restaurant again."

"The breakfast was superb! Coffee and tea aren't self-service; staff come to your table to take your order once you're seated. The hotel provides a St. Moritz area transport card, which covers train, bus, and cable car fares. This means the high transportation costs are essentially sponsored by the hotel, which was a very pleasant surprise! 😃 If you email the hotel your train arrival time in advance, they'll send a car to pick you up from the station. We had two meals at the hotel restaurant. While not cheap, the food was delicious and definitely worth recommending. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to St. Moritz."

"Kempinski Exterior is gorgeous and the lobby is beautiful. Hotel is a bit outdated when it comes to the rooms. Prior to my arrival, I stayed in Zurich at the Dolder Grand for $1500 per night it was 10/10. Kempinski is 7/10. Did not meet my expectations. I could barely move around in the tiny room. I was not impressed. Very disappointed and asked for a refund $8,600 and it was denied."

"The history and location are well documented. The service is less well-documented. Having stayed at 5 other hotels in St Moritz over the years, this is the worst in terms of price v service. This includes the Kempinski, Kulm, and other hotels that would not normally see themselves in the same category. Having raised concerns about the service and asked for resolutions and contact, I felt ignored, and in fact, virtually no effort was made to contact me over 2 days. Avoid the cocktail bar where you may have to wait a very long time to be served and may not even get any service at all - 90 min we waited for them to take a food order, which in the end they never took despite asking 3 times! Still don't know why - maybe they felt I needed to lose some weight! Breakfast similar sort of dismissive attitude. Terrible F&B service. The F&B manager, Mr Peters, did not address the issues, provided little support, and nothing was resolved. Overall, my impression was that the staff were not bothered about providing high-quality service, and as such, I would not stay there again or recommend it to others. There are other hotels with the same view but better service."

"This hotel is quite old, but we adore the old-world charm it possesses. It is about 10 mins walk from the main shopping and restaurant area of St Moritz, and about 5 mins drive from the St Moritz train station. If you're taking the train, contact the hotel beforehand and they can pick you up from the train station free of charge. We booked the most basic room, which was already quite spacious though without a balcony or much view. Though the rooms are dated, they are very clean and comfortable. Our booking came with free breakfast and it has a decent selection of Swiss breakfast stables like eggs (scrambled and soft boiled), cheese, pastries, bread, sausages, cereal, mueseli, yogurt, fruits, etc. If you ask, the hotel also has gluten-free bread and vegan milk (oat or soy) for no additional charge. The service throughout the property is excellent and everyone is friendly and willing to help. We had dinner once at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious and reasonably priced (by Swiss standards). A few points for improvement - (1) the hotel should make it easier for guests to identify and find the driver of the pickup service. The person picking us up was not holding any sign or possessing anything that indicates his affiliation with the hotel (because of that, we saw another couple almost missing the shuttle), (2) the gym doesn't have much equipment (e.g. no treadmill) and whatever it has is quite old, and (3) the scrambled eggs were rubbery and almost inedible after being left in the heated tray for too long. Suggest that the hotel makes smaller batches so they always stay moist. Seems to be a common problem of Swiss breakfasts due to what I would assume to be high labour cost. Overall, we were happy with our stay in this lovely, cozy hotel."

"A truly amazing stay - Although I traveled alone, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I would certainly come back here with friends and family. The hotel is clearly a labor of love, with serious investment and attention to detail being made over the years resulting in an incredibly clean, modern yet charming and traditional space. All of the staff a lovely and very accommodating, giving information on the local area and willing to make bookings and reservations for activities. If travelling for winter sports, it is very much ski-in, ski-out, with just a short run down to the main lift in the morning. Breakfast is continental with eggs cooked to order. Afternoon snacks are offered too which is brilliant and gives opportunity to chat with staff and other residents. St.Moritz is very expensive on the whole (but to be presumed) - Hotel Cervus offered incredible value for money when compared with others in the area. Their mid-week ski deal is not to be missed! Thank you. I will return again!"

"We spent New Year's Eve in ST Moritz, at this beautiful and welcoming hotel. The gentleman at the reception was very kind, the rooms are nice and spacious, pleasant atmosphere. New Year's Eve dinner was a culinary delight. Thanks to the chefs. Very delicious and tasty food! Congratulations! We will definitely be back. Oh, I forgot, varied and very good breakfast!"

The only thing that bothered me was that the red cloth from Hotel Norda, which is shown in the room photos on every booking site, wasn't on the bed, which was a little disappointing. Also, I think it's because I'm Japanese, but I was surprised that there was no door on the shower."
