The room was well-equipped and spacious. The only minor issue was that the sink drained a bit slowly, but that might just be in a few rooms.

This hotel is super convenient, especially if you need to get to the airport quickly. The location was definitely one of its biggest advantages – the commute took hardly any time at all. The room was in excellent condition: all the furniture and appliances were working perfectly, nothing was damaged, and everything looked well-maintained and tidy. I also want to highlight the high level of cleanliness, both in the room and in the hotel's common areas. My stay was comfortable and completely hassle-free. It's a great option for a rest before a flight or after arriving. I'd happily stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the White Palace Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was spotlessly clean, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The location is very convenient, being so close to the airport, and the surrounding scenery was a lovely bonus—peaceful and pleasant to look out onto. The facilities were well-maintained, and I truly appreciated the overall atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for business travelers or anyone needing a convenient yet relaxing stopover.

I arrived in Dhaka late at night and stayed for one night. I had pre-booked a paid airport transfer, and they gave clear instructions on where the driver would be waiting, so meeting up was very smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with both Western and Bangladeshi options. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I give you my whole life highest rating in this hotel because of their environment as well the budget and finally their whole staff as a friendly and kind so I suggest any traveller or International business trip person must be betray this hotel thanks for understanding

We stayed at this hotel for our U.S. Embassy interview, and its location was extremely convenient as it is very close to the embassy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were also very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for a U.S. Embassy interview.

Location is perfect for who is going to catch flight. And overall service was great as they immediately responded when I arrived there and staff carried my baggage. Only at breakfast there was a rude staff , not with me but to one another person who took a wrong plate and the staff told him “don’t you have common sense??” He could politely told him that you took the wrong plate can you please change it. The hotel is conveniently located between the new and old towns. The room was clean and odor-free, with plenty of charging points. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and delicious food. The price is excellent value for money, and I highly recommend this place to Chinese tourists.

Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…

This is not hotel and it's just a hostel for the Chinese travellers. It will not suit for any business travellers from other countries. This facility doesnt have toilets. There's only one toilet for 5 rooms. it's a shared toilet and it was shocking for the amount they charged. Even a kitchen has been converted in to a room. only advantage is that it's nearby to the airport. gates of this apartment will get closed by 10pm. lifts will be switched of by 10 pm. Rooms are in the 8th floor. Then imagine what happens if the lifts are switched off and especially you are carrying the heavy luggages. Moreover they dont have a card swiping machine and you need to make the payment through local currency. if you are budget traveller who dont need any amenities then you can go for it. Otherwise staying at this place will give you lots of frustrations. Actual rooms are completely different from the pictures shared on trip.com. Breakfast starts by 8 am and if you have to start early this place will not work again. Even towels are not provided. just a couple of hand towels were provided. I will not suggest this hotel for any business travellers or for families.
