"On my second business trip to Bangladesh, I found this Holiday Inn, run by Chinese people, on Ctrip. The warm and attentive hospitality of the owners instantly touched me. The Holiday Inn solved all these problems, providing a fantastic experience! 1. Free airport shuttle, peace of mind upon arrival. No need to worry about finding a car or haggling. The hotel owner personally waited for me at the airport on time and took me directly to the hotel. Being so close to the airport, the initial anxiety of arriving in a foreign country instantly disappeared, giving me a huge sense of security. 2. All-inclusive Chinese meals, a perfect treat for my Chinese stomach. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all authentic Chinese food, with rice, noodles, hot dishes, fruits, and soups all included. The food was authentic, clean, and hygienic. No need to worry about what to eat or whether I'd like the local food; I could enjoy the taste of home every day, feeling incredibly happy. 3. Free laundry service for a super fresh travel experience. Making laundry incredibly convenient for business trips and travel is a breeze. Exelent service well behaved and mannered staff . Liked the breakfast wonderful choice . Highly recommended even though it’s bit expensive side .for this if they provide better quality large bottle water not the tiny ones they do now and some light snack or fruit. . Maybe next time time I will see some change Cheers guys

The room wasn't very big; after sitting on the chair, I was almost at the foot of the bed, so the space felt a bit cramped. The power outlets weren't conveniently placed, and I had to pull up the curtains to access them, which revealed a lot of dust. The air conditioning also wasn't great; even after turning it down, the room stayed quite warm, around 27-28 degrees Celsius.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. However, I was disappointed that I didn’t receive a room with balcony access, even though I had booked it well in advance and specifically requested it. Aside from that, the hotel staff were accommodating and courteous, which I truly appreciated. In terms of cleanliness, the room appeared clean at first glance but lacked attention to detail. It seemed like the bedsheets and duvet cover hadn’t been changed, as there were multiple stains on them. The bathroom floor also had several strands of hair, which were only noticeable if you looked closely. The breakfast was average—not a wide variety, but the food tasted good. One downside was the air conditioning; it was outdated and not so comfortable. What stood out the most was the friendliness some of the staff. Their warm and helpful attitude made a big difference in my experience.

The location is about 10 minutes walk to the Westin Hotel in the center of the new town in the gurujan district. As others have said, there is a river in front of you, and there is a national pattern, so mosquitoes may be unavoidable. Certainly, even if the mosquitoes were closed, there was a hole in the ceiling and they came in from there. I was watching the word of mouth, so I had a spray that disappeared from the mosquitoes and pushed it several times, and then I didn't see any mosquitoes. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located between the new and old towns. The room was clean and odor-free, with plenty of charging points. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and delicious food. The price is excellent value for money, and I highly recommend this place to Chinese tourists.

I booked the hotel 3 days before my trip and paid $40 for 1 night. After 2 days I called the hotel to check my confirmation. They said they didn't get any confirmation. After double checking they couldn't find any booking for me. If I go to their hotel, I will have to pay again. Then I gave them the receipt of payment. Then their manager contacted me and said that a third party agent hacked their account and they took all the payments. So they couldn't find my booking. After about 12 hours the issue was resolved. They said that I don't have to pay anymore. But they didn't provide free airport pick-up and drop-off. When I booked the hotel, it was shown that they had free airport pick-up and drop-off. However, their service was good and the room was clean. But the food was very expensive.

Достойный отель в престижном районе. Есть все удобства. Косметически - номер вполне нормальный, но есть недочеты (гладильная доска не была прикручена в шкафу, пришлось гладить на кровати. В ванной комнате инсталляция за унитазом была в плачевном состоянии- требует ремонта) Бассейн был не чищен, увы - не искупался. А в остальном - за свою стоимость хороший вариант.

總體印象可以，但酒店裡面有個廚師很壞，貪錢，細節就不説了。有後麪的朋友預訂這家酒店的，注意有個廚師約你出去喝酒介紹女孩子給你認識，別搭理他。早餐是免費的，午餐晚餐最好外面吃，酒店裡麪的價高質差。

Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
