This hotel is definitely a top-tier choice in Bangladesh, offering a stark contrast between its luxurious interior and the outside world. The room, especially the bed, was incredibly comfortable – I could sleep soundly for hours! I didn't dare use the tap water for brushing my teeth, opting for the bottled water provided by the hotel instead. Breakfast offered a wide variety, but there was an issue with expired orange juice. The manager initially tried to brush it off, but after I spoke to the front desk, a French manager came out to handle the situation. Overall, it still maintains a certain level of five-star service. Getting a taxi to various destinations was convenient, with pickups right in the lobby. The room rate offered great value for money. We also had dinner at the hotel. The buffet at $85 US was definitely overpriced, but the à la carte menu was quite decent, costing around 150 RMB per person.

This hotel is quite good for Bangladesh standards. It has a rooftop pool and gym, and the breakfast is excellent. The facilities are a bit old, and the room was a little small.

Stayed 3 nights and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. Booking the airport transfer through the hotel was so easy, and the driver was waiting for us right after baggage claim — a perfect first impression. The entire team, from the front desk to the restaurant, is top-notch: attentive, helpful, and always smiling. Knowing we were in the secure embassy area let us relax completely. And with the enormous breakfast spread offering new discoveries every day, we were fueled and ready to explore. For a stress-free visit to Dhaka, this hotel has it all figured out.

Good location and 10 mins walk away from great eating places and some shopping. The room was large enough for two and the breakfast very decent and tasty. The gym could be better equipped tho, a lot of the machines were not functioning.

This hotel is super convenient, especially if you need to get to the airport quickly. The location was definitely one of its biggest advantages – the commute took hardly any time at all. The room was in excellent condition: all the furniture and appliances were working perfectly, nothing was damaged, and everything looked well-maintained and tidy. I also want to highlight the high level of cleanliness, both in the room and in the hotel's common areas. My stay was comfortable and completely hassle-free. It's a great option for a rest before a flight or after arriving. I'd happily stay here again.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Overall, the hotel is decent, but it's not worth the money. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are very polite. They always greet you, smile, and open doors. The location is good. There's a park nearby and a shopping center with many cafes opposite. The breakfasts aren't overly varied but are quite good. There was always a meat dish, fruits, cheese, and a variety of pastries. Pleasant, relaxing music plays. However, there was a big BUT that spoiled the entire impression. Out of 5 days spent at the hotel, I saw cockroaches in the restaurant twice. Once it was just on the wall, and the second time it was sitting right on a piece of bread. It was terribly unpleasant. Also, despite their general politeness, the male housekeepers cleaned the room in a very peculiar way. For some reason, they cleaned the toilet without detergents, and the toilet smell lingered. Maybe they're trying to save money. I understand that this is Bangladesh, and it's foolish to expect the same standards as European hotels. But they do position themselves as an expensive hotel for foreign guests and generally well-off people. They need to live up to that. First and foremost, they should get rid of the cockroaches in the kitchen. I don't believe the staff themselves have never seen them there.

In the downtown area, near the metro and uber arrive without hesitation. The sound doesn't sound so much to the room. There is a feeling of cleanliness and you can spend it slowly. Wifiも is good. The hot water came out properly when I pressed the switch and waited for 10 minutes 〜. There was a refrigerator, but I hit something without power. Breakfast is alternate in Bangladesh style and Chinese. Personally, Chinese was very delicious. The staff can respond properly and feel good. Amenities Toothbrush, shampoo, body soap, soap, pot, towel (no conditioner) 500 ml of water, Instagram coffee and tea are provided.
