Я очень долго выбирала отели из 5*, чтоб было не слишком дорого и обязательно был балкон! С балконом мне повезло, он был огромным, как терраса и с отличным видом на парк (13 этаж). Номера чистые, но в них не было зубной щетки и зубной пасты. Персонал был не очень приветливый, может быть складывалась моя усталость (джетлаг)

New apartments and clean space, good location and with lots of restaurants and supermarkets , Check in and check out took some time though.

We check in very late and very tired, so only can share my experience base on the room . comfortable beds and very clean, beautiful design of shower room and the TV decoration also unique Since we must check out early morning so we can't enjoy the breakfast Check in process is very fast, and she's really known her job, I forgot her name, she's very pretty too She offer us to visit famous destination nearby, but we are too tired already Overall it's very nice hotel , highly recommended

The hotel is located in a very central and safe area, making it convenient to walk to various attractions. The rooms are quite spacious. However, the breakfast selection is limited, and the Argentinian-style options might not suit everyone's palate. A significant inconvenience is the deposit policy: upon check-in, the hotel charges a deposit based on the number of nights, which can be substantial for longer stays. For international guests, this becomes particularly problematic if you check out on a day when banks are closed, as you won't be able to retrieve your deposit immediately.

It was a pleasant stay in the city center. The hotel is new and the room was clean. I didn’t like the fact that they don’t have any complimentary water and tea/coffee. Also there’s no kettle in the room to boil water so I can have my coffee in the morning. Other than that all was good. The staff was nice and friendly.

We stayed at a loft room in Morden Apartment for 6 nights and we extended our stay for 7 nights .We are very happy with our choice. Location: Perfect! It is located in a very nice neighborhood. We worked remotely and the WiFi was working perfectly fine for our work. There are plenty of green space outside the building for excises and walking. The ecological reserve is 5 minutes walking distance. Jumbo supermarket and an Asian grocery store ( Hawaii Market) are steps away. 10 minutes Uber to major historical sites. We walked to visit them most of the time. Room condition: Spacious, clean, well maintained. Service: We communicate with our host via WhatsApp for all the online checking in and other information. Very prompt response and efficient communication. Breakfast: The breakfast is in a restaurant in the corner of the building. Starting at 8:30am. The menu is fixed and you have four options. No fruit.It’s good enough for us. Coffee is great! We highly recommend it for your visit in BA.

I'm always so happy to stay in the Top Rentals Downtown hotel in Buenos Aires. Very good location in the heart of Buenos Aires. Very clean and comfortable rooms with so beautiful views of the city in the high floors. I really would like to say my thankfulness for Nelson, Rocio, Agostina, Indra and all of other Team of the hotel. They are all very warmly, friendly and such a helpful and strong team. The breakfast in the Saint Moritz Restaurant is so fantastic. One of my favourite hotels in the Buenos. Strongly recommended

The room and bathroom were modern, spacious, clean, and, with stunning views of the San Martin Square and Palace . I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, hotel restaurant is reasonably priced, with high quality of food and with a good service The hotel's location is. perfect, just on a San Martin square, near the subway station and bus tourist stop .Overall, I highly recommend Palacio Hotel for anyone looking for Central, , convenient location to explore Buenos Aires .

This is the 4th stay. The staff is friendly and very nice. The room has a simple kitchen, but it's very spacious and easy to use. I think that it is beautiful as a whole because it is not so many years since it was built. There are rooms with showers only, but I don't feel so inconvenient. Obelisco and Florida Street are within walking distance, and the subway station is also nearby. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Breakfast is perfect continental, so if you are not satisfied, you should buy it at a supermarket. Recommended hotel with high cospa.
