Hotel Pulitzer Buenos Aires

During check in they gave me a faulty key so the gentlemen at the concierge helped to replace. The major drawback of this hotel was the toilet. It smelled like sewage. It's my first night in Buenos Aires and I arrived late so I wanted to book a nicer hotel to be comfortable but the toilet had a really bad smell. Plus the aircon was not turned on when I checked in so it had this musky, stuffy smell too. I didn't change room because I was too tired from a 36 hour flight, and I only stayed for one night. The shower area didn't have a place to put shower gel/shampoo. They didn't provide any except a small soap, am not sure if this should be a 4-star hotel standard....If it's for sustainability reason they can provide those wall hanged shampoo/shower gel. The breakfast was yummy and had a variety of choices. Location is great.

The hotel is tired, the pool is murky, the door handle doesn't work, and there's mold in the shower.

Nice little hotel in downtown, decently clean, friendly staff.

The hotel is cozy and comfortable, staffs are friendly, room is nice but a little bit bad is no view. Breakfast there aren’t many varieties of food but each one is very fresh and delicious.

Nice hotel and good breakfast. Allowed us to check in early after our long flight from JFK.
