"The location of the hotel is very good, the room is big enough and the equipment is good. But the service was rather stiff. We booked a room on the Nansen cruise ship for the next day. Two guests shared a room, but they were given a double bed room. Two strangers couldn't sleep there. After long negotiations, we still couldn't resolve the issue, so we ended up patching up a quilt and sleeping on the sofa! In addition, the team arrived at the hotel after one o'clock in the evening, and they had to queue up at the front desk to check in one by one. They could not prepare their room cards in advance and check in directly! We stayed at the Sofitel Hotel on our return trip from the Antarctic cruise. When we arrived at the front desk, our key cards were all ready, which was very convenient!"

"The hotel is located near the obelisk with lots of food options. As the building seems quite old, there’s a lot of squeaky sounds made when people upstairs walk around which may affect light sleepers. There are small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, comb, shower cap, sanitary bag, cotton pad provided. There’s also shower gel and body lotion and other amenities maybe but those were not provided in my room when I checked in and I only found out when I saw the house cleaning cart. No hot water kettle is in the room, no tissue paper, no complimentary water, no usb charging port. The shower door cannot close properly so water splashes out. The pool is closed during winter which is sad as I chose this hotel to have a pool to swim. Florencia at the reception was extremely helpful and helped me with money exchange too (very good rates available)! Thanks"

"The hotel is located in San Telmo neighbourhood, and it is facing the Avenina 9 De Julio. It is about 20 minutes walk to main tourist spots like Florida Street, Lavalle, and Ave Corrientes. The room is spacious and has a comfortable bed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. He gave us some tips where to exchange our currency and get a sim card. We didn't use the hotel facilityl since we just stayed for 1 night for our transit to El Calafate. The hotel is about a 25-minute drive to AEP airport and 50 minutes to EZE airport."

"The hotel is located in the Port District of Ellis on the plateau. The location is OK and the traffic is very inconvenient. The room in the hotel is still clean and the light is still fresh.
