AAnonymous UserThis is the best hotel I have stayed in Argentina. This time I felt that the facilities were newer than the last time. The facilities were well maintained. The breakfast was arranged on the 31st floor, which was very exquisite. The gym had an unbeatable view. The only shortcoming was the service. The training was insufficient and the staff were very stiff. When urging the hotel to check out, they said: You must leave at 12 o'clock. How can you talk like this in a hotel?

2286054****The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of Plaza de Mayo. The room was clean and even provided slippers (which most South American hotels don't). The service was excellent, especially the front desk staff who gave me a plaster and bandaged my finger when they saw I had cut it. The only downside was that the bed was a bit narrow.

GGuest UserThere was a kitchen in the room, so it was nice to buy ingredients from a nearby supermarket and cook a simple meal. It is a clean accommodation with a nice view. However, there are 4 elevators, but there were a lot of people using them, so I had to wait a bit.

GGuest UserGreat hotel in great location 2 blocks from the Obelisk. Central to everything with lots of tourist shops nearby. Restaurants all within very short walking distance.
Could change up the variety of food selection available at their daily breakfast. Does not have a business centre as advertised as it was taken away during the pandemic and never replaced. Front desk allowed me to use one of their desktop computers to check in my flight and print boarding passes. I would definitely recommend staying at the NH Tango.

CCynthia SueVery nice hotel in a good location for what we wanted to do in Buenos Aires. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was beyond our expectations. We booked massages and took advantage of the spa’s hot tub after a long day of sightseeing. Many good restaurants and shopping nearby, and very convenient to Recoleta Cemetery, City Tour Bus, and Sunday arts & craft market in the plaza.

GGuest UserThe room was very nice, with a large double bed. Breakfast was only available in the room, but was good. Language is an issue if you can't speak Spanish, however, the staff was very understanding, and with the translator app, it was a lot more easier to explain what we needed.
The room 303 which faces the road, was a bit noisy ,due to rubbish collection trucks parking right outside the hotel,and the driver would keep the engine running for nearly 45 to 60 minutes.
The thing that was a bit wrong was that when we checked out, the taxes were collected in cash, ARS pesos, which we were told when booking would be around 4,600, but we were charged nearly 13,000, which was higher than expected

The service in the restaurant is very good, it is a bit expensive. Hotel location is very good, the surrounding is very convenient, there is a convenience store downstairs.

AAnatole PangThe Faena is a stylish hotel which is now feeling a little old compared to when it opened. The room designs waste a fair amount of space and plumbing is showing signs of wear. The pool is a purely instagram facility which provides no exercise space whatsoever.
Having said all this, Faena is still conveys good quality overall. A lifestyle hotel in effectively a business district means that it falls between two stools but is probably still one of the top spots in Buenos Aires.

EErin Yeung The location is absolutely good. Just talk a 3- minute walk to the Casa Rosada. 1 min walk to the metro entrance. Numerous buses routes are nearby. Sightseeing places are in walkable distances.
The breakfast is really good too. Many different choices of food. Fruits, bakery, vegetables, beverages…etc.
