The room was a bit small and lacked a view, but the location was excellent. Every morning I walked around and found something surprising. The service was excellent, proactive and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and varied.

Hands down the most impressive hotel I've stayed at in Buenos Aires! That crystal chandelier in the lobby? Absolutely breathtaking. My room was so spacious I could've thrown a dance party, and soaking in the tub while watching sunset over the Rio de la Plata was pure magic. The staff - perfectly trained, even room service steaks beat those Instagram-famous restaurants. The rooftop infinity pool is a photographer's dream, though those cocktails hurt my wallet (worth it though!)

The hotel is very good and very good price.
The hotel is a 5-star hotel with the most charming Buenos Aires, ideally located in a very pleasant neighborhood.
Les prestations sont au niveau attendu pour ce type d'établissements.
The hotel should still improve the bathing accessories (saipes of shower difficult to use but likely passenger dysfunction, coats and kits of hygiene / bath...) which are good but not at the level of what could have been expected for a further in such a facility.

bora1970The room was decent and met basic requirements. The hotel service was very professional and efficient. The surrounding environment was safe and quiet, and there were many good restaurants. To the west, there were two museums and a weekend flea market.

The room was very nice, with a large double bed. Breakfast was only available in the room, but was good. Language is an issue if you can't speak Spanish, however, the staff was very understanding, and with the translator app, it was a lot more easier to explain what we needed.
The room 303 which faces the road, was a bit noisy ,due to rubbish collection trucks parking right outside the hotel, and the driver would keep the engine running for nearly 45 to 60 minutes.
The thing that was a bit wrong was that when we checked out, the taxes were collected in cash, ARS pesos, which we were told when booking would be around 4,600, but we were charged nearly 13,000, which was higher than expected

Guest UserThe staff are friendly enough. We were very disappointed when we asked for more bathroom tissue. We had just returned from an evening out and noticed that when the room was made up, bathroom tissue was not replaced and we were running out of tissue. We called down to the front desk to ask for two roles of tissue and were told that we were only allowed one role per day (we had not been given any tissue that day). I met the staff member at the elevator where I was given a role that was half the size of a full role. So the daily allotment of bathroom tissue is ½ a role per day for two people? If we had been given a full role of tissue when they made up the room in the morning, we would not have needed to request more. Unfortunately, no amount of smiling staff can make up for the petty hording of bathroom tissue. We had two rooms at this hotel and have had two rooms here previously so this was not the first time staying at this hotel, but it will be the last.

The Faena is a stylish hotel which is now feeling a little old compared to when it opened. The room designs waste a fair amount of space and plumbing is showing signs of wear. The pool is a purely instagram facility which provides no exercise space whatsoever.
Having said all this, Faena is still conveys good quality overall. A lifestyle hotel in effectively a business district means that it falls between two stools but is probably still one of the top spots in Buenos Aires.

The hotel was well-located in the Palermo neighborhood, just a short walk from the Subte. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even providing a map and outlet converter. The room was nice and was cleaned regularly.
If there was one thing for improvement, it would be the breakfast offerings. There was a lot of bread, ham and cheese croissants, very little fruit, and tiny portions of sweets. The coffee was bad. I ended up going out for breakfast.
The above said, I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its service, location, cleanliness, and amenities.

I recently stayed at the Buenos Aires Marriott and had the opportunity to experience both the breakfast and the spa facilities. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a sufficient variety of options, though expanding the selection would make it even better. I used the sauna in the spa, which was quite good, and adding a steam room could further enhance the overall experience. The pool is beautifully designed—one of the standout features of the hotel, in my opinion.
The property is centrally located, making it one of the ideal choices for accommodation in the city. I stayed in a Deluxe Room; although the room size was good, the furnishings felt somewhat minimal, giving the room an empty appearance.
Overall, it is a solid hotel that I would recommend. If the points I mentioned are improved, it has the potential to become a place I would confidently recommend to everyone.
