"I just noticed I can still leave a review after all this time, and I absolutely have to praise the hotel's service. My friend left her bag in an Uber, and we couldn't get a response from the driver. When the front desk staff found out, they were incredibly enthusiastic and helped us contact the driver and even report it to the police. In the end, the driver returned the bag to the front desk after we had already left Oslo, and the front desk staff then helped us ship it back to our home country. It was truly touching. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, rooms, and location are all fantastic. It's definitely worth staying here!"
