GGuest UserThe hotel is a 10-minute walk from the central station and close to the pedestrian street and the church. The room is quite spacious, and overall, it offers good value for money. The only downside is there's a construction site nearby.

HHisRoyalLongnessHotel was well located and easy to get to. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, although a little small, which is not usually a problem, however the layout of the room meant slightly squeezing past the base of the bed to get to the other side of the bed/room, which felt awkward. The shower was incredible. Hot and powerful with an amazing showerhead. No kettle, which I find baffling though. Rather than buying coffees there, I just went and bought a kettle, which when stuffed with pants barely took up any extra room in my carry on bag, and a cafetiere (returned the cafetiere for a full refund at the end of the trip 😅). Well priced and would probably stay again, but the lack of kettle is an issue.

GGuest UserGreat location. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of food and I really enjoyed it. The lounge was cozy and staff was really nice. However, the room is not worth the price I paid for. The room is small with the sink and mirror facing the bed. It is impractical to have the sink in the main room, and to have the mirror facing the bed, which has bad spritual meaning. Toothbrushes are not included, and there is no hair conditioner. There is also no air conditioning, but it is okay since Oslo is a cold city. There are several bugs in the corner of the room, and stains could be seen everywhere. The shower is insanely small, which is not friendly for people with bigger body types. There is also no physical lock in the door of the rooms. Overall, everything about the hotel is nice except the room.

GGuest UserCozy room and amazing hot shower throughout the day. We reached the hotel early around 12noon and got early check-in as well. Breakfast was amazing. Front office staff was super friendly and helpful, welcomed us with warm smile and greetings (i forgot her name - long black hair). The surrounding area may seem dull BUT it was safely with many people walking about. 5min walking distance to pretty much anywhere (tram/metro/restaurants). There's a 7/11 just across the hotel for extra convenience.

Yyves tanBob place is perfect! We never have much expectation since this was a last minute booking as our tour booked us an airport hotel instead of city hotel. Bob place has every small details of personal touch, with a personalised welcome card, and couple of amenities thats we loved so much. Also, they are always reachable and helpful even though its self check-in.

GGuest UserThe staff left for 30 minutes and many people waited for checkin and luggage storage. The way to go to elvator was not friendly for large baggages travelers since there is stairs. It would be nice if it includes hair dryer in the room. Other than that, the location and hotel services was nice.

GGuest UserThe location is superb, connected to the train station. The room size is ok and comfortable for 2 nights stay. Breakfast spread is adequate but same food was served. Gym with free weights. No free coffee, compared to other hotels in Norway. Laundry washing is available in sister hotel, with a fee.

TThe EtonThe kitchen facilities in the room were a bit tricky to use, but the clean lady who tidied our room was very helpful. The room isn't huge, but it has everything you need, including a balcony. The bathroom is a tad on the small side. My only minor concern was the area outside the hotel, which seemed to have a lot of immigrants, making me feel a tiny bit uneasy about safety.

GGuest UserTruly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated and comfortable throughout. When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags. Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in. We loved the room. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, although a bit tight but that's what we expected for hotel rooms in Europe. The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use. I have never seen such massive toiletries and in such generous quantities supplied at any hotel before, which again made us feel very well taken care of. Finally on our check out day our flight was not until 6PM and since checkout is typically at 11AM I requested for just a 1 hr extension. Although they were very busy for it being the beginning of summer holidays, without any hesitation the front desk staff extended our checkout time to 3PM. I was once again very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My last note is to touch on the complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby, as well as the fabulous buffet breakfast they served. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

GGuest UserWe chose an apt because we like to do our own cooking  The stove hob didn't work and they fobbed us of with electronic responses and broken promises for our total stay of 3 days. On the last night they asked us if we would consider changing apts if one became available. What a joke the place was empty You could shoot a cannon and not hit anyone. If they did not have maintenance available they could have offered the change on the first Night . Lots of food wasted because we had no cook top. No front desk means that there is no one to complaint to. Their Automated electronic responses to service requests  provides appalling customer service. Emails and emergency phone calls don't generate responses either. A disappointing stay.
