"This hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Sapporo. It's within walking distance to Odori Park and Tanukikoji Shopping Street, making it super convenient for exploring, dining, and shopping. The rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious enough, with new facilities, plus there's a hot spring bath to relax in. The service is attentive, and the front desk is responsive. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making getting around incredibly easy. As an IHG property, the quality is consistently good, and it offers great value for money. Staying here for a trip to Sapporo is hassle-free and comfortable."

"Overall, the hotel is excellent. However, its location isn't very obvious, and there's construction going on at ground level. If you have luggage, I recommend taking the underground path. From JR, head towards Exit 9. Once you see the Hulic Square sign, the hotel entrance is right next to it. The front desk is on the 10th floor, and the staff there are fantastic. The rooms have Wi-Fi, a capsule coffee machine, and a three-part bathroom with a bathtub and bath salts for a relaxing soak. Although there's construction across the street, it's generally very quiet."

"The accessibility was excellent, located right in the heart of Susukino, Sapporo. It was close to the subway station, and there were many convenience stores, great restaurants, and shopping spots nearby, making it very easy to get around. The room, as is typical for Japanese hotels, was a bit small but impeccably clean, and the bedding was comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, so overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Sapporo!"

"The hotel was excellent! The room was spacious, the view was great, and everything felt brand new. The staff provided exceptional service too. We dropped off our luggage early before heading out, and when we returned to check in that evening, a staff member escorted us all the way from the ground floor to the 9th-floor lobby. Our room was already assigned when we gave our name, and our luggage was already waiting for us inside. The breakfast was also absolutely fantastic – delicious and fresh, especially the sashimi rice bowl. My 6-year-old son even got a complimentary breakfast. We also dined at their French restaurant for dinner. For three people, we ordered two full courses and a children's set meal, which only came out to 1500 RMB. The best part was that each dish was paired with a different wine, offering incredible value for money. This hotel truly offers a luxurious experience; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!"
