"Clean, Comfortable, and Great Fresh Air!
We recently stayed here for a quick one-night stopover. It's a great mid-range option for those who prioritize location and comfort.
The Highlights:
Room Layout: Spacious enough for 2 people. The seperate bathroom zones and vanity/make up desk are convinience.
Fresh Air: Our favorite feature! The windows can be opened slightly, which is perfect in winter to enjoy natural ventilation instead of the AC which will be too hot for us to sleep during the night.
Facilities: The lounge and restaurant feel very airy and clean.
Convenience: Located right near great food and walking streets. On-site parking is available (extra fee), which is a huge plus for us.
Things to Consider:
Water Policy: No water is provided in the room. Members have to pick up at the Front Desk.
Booking Assistance: We tried to get help with a restaurant reservation, but the hotel required a deposite paid through them to do so. This was a bit restrictive for those using e-SIMs.
Verdict: Perfect if you value a clean room and a breeze."

"This is a new hotel with a great location. There's a convenience store and yakitori restaurant right downstairs, and it's directly connected to Daimaru Stella Place from the B1 level of Sapporo Station. The subway Namboku and Toho lines are also right at your doorstep, so you don't have to brave the cold wind and snow. The hotel has a public bath and the rooms are quite spacious. The only downside is that there's 24-hour construction downstairs, which can be a bit noisy. Otherwise, everything else is excellent."

The property's front desk offers service in 2 languages, including English. For extra convenience free luggage storage are available at the property as well.
"This is a hotel where no staff are permanently stationed.
If you only make a reservation, you may be surprised upon arrival.
Since the building is password-protected from the first floor to the room, and the password is provided only after check-in, you may be confused if you just show up without a reservation. The accommodation itself is not bad, but the bunk bed is not comfortable and creaks loudly when you move. As a result, I had a very restless night's sleep. However, the location is not bad, as it is within walking distance of Sapporo Station, close to Hokkaido University, and about 2 kilometers to the Outer Market; however, if your purpose is sightseeing in Susukino, it is a bit of a distance away."

"Our stay at FAV LUX Sapporo was very comfortable and memorable. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with the private sauna inside the room as the highlight of our stay.
The hotel also has a great public onsen, perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring Sapporo. Its location is in the quieter area of Susukino, which made the stay more peaceful, but it is still very accessible to restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions, within walking disrance.
Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, privacy, and a relaxing stay in Sapporo."

"The hotel was excellent! The room was spacious, the view was great, and everything felt brand new. The staff provided exceptional service too. We dropped off our luggage early before heading out, and when we returned to check in that evening, a staff member escorted us all the way from the ground floor to the 9th-floor lobby. Our room was already assigned when we gave our name, and our luggage was already waiting for us inside. The breakfast was also absolutely fantastic – delicious and fresh, especially the sashimi rice bowl. My 6-year-old son even got a complimentary breakfast. We also dined at their French restaurant for dinner. For three people, we ordered two full courses and a children's set meal, which only came out to 1500 RMB. The best part was that each dish was paired with a different wine, offering incredible value for money. This hotel truly offers a luxurious experience; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!"
Set in Sapporo's Chuo Ward, Armarite City is positioned to meet the needs of those traveling for fun or business.
"The place is clean, there is a convenience store 200 meters away, the nearby parking lot is cheaper, that is, the toilet 𥚃 is missing a wash basin, it is very inconvenient to make up and wash your face, and the overall is not bad."
