"The hotel is located in a residential area, slightly north of central Milan, which appears to be one of the city's less affluent neighborhoods. Right next to it, there's a large roundabout surprisingly overgrown with tall weeds! The buildings' bases are covered in graffiti, making the area look quite run-down. There was a Black housekeeping staff member who seemed to lack proper housekeeping training. While cleaning our room, he took our personal glass, which was very different from the hotel's provided glassware, as well as a stainless steel cup and chopsticks that had no connection to the hotel whatsoever. When we returned to the room and noticed these items missing, we saw him still cleaning and immediately asked if he had thrown them away. He didn't evade the question at all; instead, he led me to the storage room and retrieved everything! We ran into him at the subway station the next day. He was instantly recognizable – over 190cm tall and very thin. He greeted us in a very friendly manner."

"Overall, I had a great stay. It's a very new hotel with friendly staff. Although some areas still seem to be under construction, like outside the main entrance, it wasn't a major issue. The room was clean and newly decorated. For the price and location on the yellow line, just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, it's already excellent and offers great value for money!"

"The location is very convenient, near the central train station, just a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is in an upscale area; I arrived at the apartment around midnight on both my first and last nights without encountering any danger on the way. There are three iron gates to enter the building, which made me feel very safe! Check-in and check-out were completely self-service, very convenient. The common areas have a microwave, refrigerator, and tableware, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The room and bathroom were very clean, and they even provided shower gel and shampoo. Although there were no towels (the host said they would be provided later), I was very comfortable and satisfied with my stay!"

One of the smaller supermarkets stays open until midnight, which was very convenient for buying groceries and daily necessities after returning late in the evening. There are also several cafés, restaurants, and public transportation options within walking distance. The M5 metro station is only about a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The host was friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and I was able to rest well every night. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay."

"Super comfortable and very clean, highly recommend! We were on a self-driving trip and there are many bus stops nearby. The subway station is only an 8-10 minute walk away, and there are also plenty of restaurants in the area. The online check-in was super convenient. It looks exactly like the photos, the kitchenware is very complete, and there's a washing machine. Definitely worth recommending."

"The owner is Chinese and very clean, keeping the place spotless. The location is very close to the subway station, and I didn't feel tired walking there even with a large suitcase and a big hiking backpack. There's a Carrefour and a pizza place nearby with good food. It's a direct subway ride from the train station, taking only about ten minutes. The room has everything you need like an electric kettle, tableware, and seasonings, so you could easily stay for several days."

"The room was clean and spacious, and the building looked beautiful at night. However, our room had a bit of bad luck. It seemed like there was an issue with either the key card slot or the electrical system, which caused the lights in our room not to turn on. I went down to the front desk three times, and the staff replaced the key card three times, but it didn't solve the problem. I then asked to switch rooms, but they said the hotel was full. Finally, they sent another male staff member to fix the issue, and he got the lights working so we could stay in that room."

"Guys! I seriously can't recommend this place enough!!! This was originally just supposed to be a regular overnight layover in Milan, and I was planning on just making do, but I unexpectedly ended up staying in my dream accommodation 😂 First off, the location is excellent. It's only about two or three hundred meters from the metro station, which was super convenient even with luggage. Secondly, it was a room for four people, and it seems like it was recently renovated. The space was plenty big enough, and everything, especially the bathroom, was incredibly clean. It might just be the cleanest hostel bathroom I've ever seen! Even though it's a semi-basement space, the air conditioning was strong, and there was good air circulation, so it didn't feel stuffy at all! Most importantly, the service was fantastic! I arrived at 11 PM, and I'd informed the front desk in advance about my late check-in, which wasn't an issue at all. The next morning, there was a free breakfast provided, and the croissants were delicious! The staff member (a gentleman) even specifically asked if I wanted coffee, snacks, or drinks – he was incredibly warm and welcoming!! It really made me want to stay an extra night in Milan 😂"
