"I'd give this hotel a solid thumbs-up, mainly because it's incredibly new and spotlessly clean. While it's a bit of a distance from the city center, I actually see that as a plus. It's incredibly quiet here, making for a truly peaceful and restful sleep. The hotel's newness really shines through in its overall quality – both the facilities and services are excellent. Highly recommended!"

"Conclusion: Five-star recommendation. Pros: 1. Spacious, with separate areas for the bathroom, bed, kitchen, dining table, living room, and outdoor balcony. It's newly renovated, clean, and features a minimalist modern style with complete amenities, including a self-service laundry room. 2. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with a dishwasher. Cons: When we arrived in the morning, the front desk promised us a high floor and specifically mentioned the 6th floor. We also did a pre-check-in and left our luggage. However, when we returned in the afternoon, they told us that due to a system error, we couldn't be accommodated on a high floor. They didn't even inform us proactively. It was only after we received our room card (on the 2nd floor, facing the main road) and questioned it that they casually said, 'The system is down, we're very sorry!' We secretly felt discriminated against, and it's highly likely that the good rooms on the high floors had already been given to others."

"Was arriving late to check in and also needed to store my luggage upon checking out. Host was very responsive ad helpful on WhatsApp. Shower stall is very small. Other than that the service was great."

"I think this homestay was delayed by their photos. Before I came, I saw the promotional photos and didn't report much expectations. Really pleasantly surprised after the stay, the room was large and very clean! (the quietest room I have ever stayed in Europe) The location is also in the city, it is very convenient to go anywhere! "During my stay, the hotel was undergoing a large-scale renovation. Half of the entrance was sealed, the lobby became smaller, and the rooftop restaurant with a view was closed. It looks like this project will take more than a year to complete."

"I arrived early on the day of check-in, and even though it was before the official check-in time, the front desk staff proactively helped me get into my room early, which I really appreciated. However, the room I was assigned had a noticeable issue: not only was it right next to a storage room (for some reason, I always get these kinds of rooms in Italy), but there was also a strong sewer smell inside. I initially thought that since they had already accommodated my early check-in, I should just put up with it. But after I showered, the odor got even worse, making it impossible to endure for three consecutive nights. Upon returning later, I went to the front desk to request a room change. This time, a different female staff member was on duty. She seemed very reluctant, her expression showing annoyance and a lack of professionalism. Although she eventually did change my room, the bathroom in the new room was almost half the size of the previous one, and I'm not sure if it was even the same room category. It wasn't until the next day that another front desk attendant proactively apologized for the previous room issues and acknowledged the bad smell. Overall, this stay was a mixed bag, with inconsistent service quality."

"作為攜程第一位入住者，我必須認真寫點評。我當時定的時候，雖然攜程沒有評價，但我去booking 和Agoda ,包括豆包鬥搜過了，評價都挺好的。我反覆比較後才定的。住了4晚，總體比較滿意。這個民宿是優點缺點都是比較鮮明的，但性價比是很高的，也許我們定的早，比較便宜，4晚好像才4500。 我先説優點:位置很好，百花教堂，大衞，烏菲茲，市中心都可以步行,火車站和米開朗基羅廣場走起來遠點，可以公交1.7歐，就在房子對面也就20米遠，非常好找，很近，23路直到。每天打掃衞生，每天給3種水。房間很新，床和枕頭很舒服。有保險箱，空調。洗澡水夠大。 服務人員上班期間有事他們都會管，比如幫提行李，叫車，要水 缺點:房間比較大，但枱麪很少，桌面很小，還放了咖啡機，水壺，杯子盤，全佔滿了，衹能給放地上和櫃子裏。洗澡間很大，也沒有放東西的地方。插座不少，但沒有一個在有用的位置，需要拔枱燈，接近地面有一個插座，但沒桌子，難道都扔地充電？吹風機基本沒法用，風很小。屋裡沒有垃圾桶也沒有垃圾袋，不過羅馬也這樣，我們得自己找袋子裝。進大門有差不多30級台階，不過也不太費勁。 總體我覺得如果不在意這些，還是不錯的。"
