Pet Friendly Hotels in Florence

Hotel was charming and lovely with the most comfortable bed and pillows for a perfect night’s rest after a day of exploring. It came with all the room amenities one could possibly need (water and coffee pods were always replenished, toothbrushes and toothpaste were there even without us having to request etc) and there was AC - something less common in Italian hotels, it seems. Service was excellent. In particular, Sergio was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially when we had trouble navigating our car through the narrow streets of Florence with poor Google Maps directions. He got someone to help guide us to the hotel, before helping to valet park our car at a nearby garage. Sergio also took extra care to make sure our stay was wonderful, always offering to go the extra mile with a smile. The hotel location was also very convenient, with everything worth visiting/ seeing within 400-500m. Would 100% stay at this hotel again the next time we are back in Florence!

This is the best hotel I've stayed in during my 20+ trips to Florence. Everything was perfect: the hospitality of the front desk staff, the greetings from every staff member I passed, the breakfast location and selection, the room's ambiance with its curtains and high ceilings, the marble bathroom, and the shower pressure. Although I didn't use the bar this time, I've used it before and it's a very comfortable space. It's also super convenient, only about a 5-minute walk from SMN Station, and even with luggage, you can easily get to the airport by tram without needing a taxi. I managed to book three nights at a reasonable price through this site. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo female travelers and couples. Finally, a big thank you to the front desk staff for all their help with my luggage. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again!

A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

Had an amazing 6 night stay at The Hoxton. A great location, only 10 mins walk out of the tourist area, the bed was comfy, shower was amazing and those bath towels - so warm and fluffy! Highlights included - 1. The breakfast which included a choice of eggs and sides and a buffet of continental meats, bagels, croissants, fruit, cereal, yoghurts, cakes, juices and of course coffee. Although the buffet offering is not huge, I thought everything was well curated, high quality, held its place (pictured - the poached eggs with the works) and every morning seeing Francesco's friendly face was amazing. 2. Front desk/reservation service and help - every request was answered quickly and efficiently with a fast checkin/checkout. thanks for answering all my questions Virginia. The thing I didn't enjoy so much was the Trofie pesto pasta at Alassio - a bit bland and the pesto didn't quite hit the spot for me.

Since the front desk is on the third floor, we couldn't get in at first. We had to call and get help from the staff to enter. The interior design is different from a typical hotel. Although there's a kitchen, it wasn't something I needed. There was no staff present at check-out either; we had to punch in a code ourselves to open the main door and leave.

Stayed there recently and it was the perfect place for us. Close to the station, walking distance from everything we wanted and the room was clean and staff friendly. The breakfast included was a coffee and pastry from a nearby cafe which was okay, but still a good addition for the morning

I can't help but pat myself on the back, and especially Trip.com, for choosing such a ”wonderful” hotel. First, the location is superb; it's convenient for everything. Attractions and the train station are definitely within a 5-minute reach. Second, as soon as you walk in, you see the cozy living room (as pictured), which I had to admire every time I entered or left the hotel—it's simply too heartwarming! Lastly, I can accept the breakfast that many criticize; it's a standard ham + cheese, and the rich, oily coffee is a highlight. My only minor regret is the lack of salad, but considering the price, it's not an issue. And finally, back to the room rate: excellent Trip.com often adjusts prices, and the last two nights saw a price drop…

Overall, a great stay! The location is a huge plus – just a few minutes' walk from Santa Maria Novella train station and the Central Market, which makes getting around and seeing the sights incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and patient; they were very helpful with travel route inquiries and luggage storage, and having a 24-hour reception desk gave me peace of mind. The hotel itself has that unique, vintage charm of Florence's old buildings. The room was clean and tidy, and the rooftop terrace offers fantastic views of the city's dome. It's perfectly suited for a short trip to Florence, especially for travelers who prioritize convenience.

The hotel's location is pretty good, very close to tourist attractions. The room is quite spacious, definitely enough for one person. The only downside is that it took a while to find the hotel initially, as it's located inside a building and the elevator is quite small.

The food, people, and location are really nice. However, the facilities are old. The door frame of the toilet suddenly dropped off and nearly hurt my friend. I hope they can improve them. Also, it is very safe for ladies to stay. The location is quiet and safe even at night. Although there isn't any elevator, the staff are friendly to help you to put your luggage to your room.
