"Not a new hotel... Previously occupied by Da Vienna Boutique hotel. New company take over by Ascott group rebrand to Fox. All new designs and furniture... Friendly Receptionist.. shout-out to Mas Adri.. friendly.. explained and give recommendations. Top notch service and personality from him. Room... Aircon not as cool as I wish... Central Aircon I guess... Shower be careful... Heater u turn left or right... Same temperature 🌡️🤒 Restaurants too much offering for breakfast quantity over quality But overall nice stay."

"Wonderful Stay at Grand Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay Had a very pleasant stay at Grand Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, making our stay very relaxing. The staff were attentive, friendly and always ready to assist. The location is excellent, and conveniently located near Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal, making arrival and departure very easy.  Breakfast was another highlight! Delicious, with a good variety of choices to start the day. Real juices would be much appreciated instead of cordials.   Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Batam!"

"Impeccably clean. Outstanding service from Ixxora on front desk. All staff keen to please and professional. They actually seem genuinely happy to be there and to welcome you. As of June 2026, MAXONE Batam offers simply the cleanest and most well maintained rooms in the whole of Kepulauan Riau. No question. The only hotel able to compete with the obsessive cleanliness is their next door neighbour 4 star property adjacent! There are new 5 star hotels on the island where the level of maintenance does not meet the standards set by MAXONE Batam. Highly recommended for leisure travellers who DON'T require pool, gym or breakfast included in the price. What you will get is a sense of luxury and commitment to quality and service excellence. Not recommended for longer stays and business travellers due to poor WiFi stability and shortage of work space / work surfaces in the rooms, that are small and a tight squeeze by Indonesia standards."

"This new hotel is part of the new K Square Mall (formerly Kepri Mall) and only opened on 10 July 2026. Everything about it is great, the rain shower provides very hot and strong water pressure. The wall sockets accept international plugs so you don't need to bring a travel adaptor. It has a safe box, but not a mini fridge. It provides in-room sandals and the toiletries. My only suggestion is to line the two rubbish bins with plastic bags, otherwise it's quite unhygienic to throw rubbish inside. The breakfast was okay only, but the adjacent mall has plenty of food options. If coming by Grab, choose Lobby 4 to access hotel entrance directly."

"Our family of three (two adults and one child) had a wonderful stay at Cassandra. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the environment was excellent, making it very suitable for families. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive, always willing to help, which made the entire check-in process smooth and pleasant. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and will definitely choose Cassandra again on our next visit! Highly recommended!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The overall vibe of the place was very nice, and the private pool was definitely the biggest highlight, especially at night when the pool lights were on. It created such a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere. There are a few areas that could be improved, though. We noticed quite a lot of mosquitoes and lizards. Mosquito nets or devices could help with the situation. A fan in the main seating area would make the space more comfortable. The rooms could also benefit from a mini fridge, more power sockets, and better-maintained doors, as some of the room doors were damaged. There was also no room service provided during our stay. The location can be a little difficult to find as there is limited signage, so clearer directions would be helpful. We also requested an extra blanket and towel but were informed that there would be an additional charge. Another thing to note is the 1M security deposit, which was not clearly stated beforehand, so this would be better communicated to guests in advance. Overall, we really loved the chill atmosphere and private pool, which made the stay enjoyable. With some improvements to the facilities, maintenance and communication, this could be an even better stay."

"Spacious,clean,easy access to many food varieties,convenient stores. Love the balcony where i can just relax either enjoying my coffee or just smoking while enjoying the seaviews. Will definitely be back again. Price was very reasonable. Parking lots are very limited and that’s the only ‘bad’ thing i found."

"Room location is great with many eateries n near to market. However service from housekeeper was no good. No housekeeping as stated in booking daily housekeeping available until we complained. No water bottle replenished. Basin is dirty n choked. Shower head is too high n couldn't be adjusted. Given another pillow was dirty with stain without cover..Wonder how to sleep on it. Spouse's leg was cut by sharo edge of bed. Pot was rusty how to use. Tissue paper was changed to small sheets from big sheets..not professional at all. Though we complained however glad owner or manager took efforts to rectify but still no water bottles replenished. Should give us regardless if we bought. Room with good view but appreciate better provision n housekeeping since we stay for 3 days."
