"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, the gym facilities were good and new, and the food was delicious with plenty of choices. It would be even better if they could offer more local dishes for guests to try. Everything was well maintained. The only thing we wished they had was a swimming pool. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay! 😊"

"This new hotel is part of the new K Square Mall (formerly Kepri Mall) and only opened on 10 July 2026. Everything about it is great, the rain shower provides very hot and strong water pressure. The wall sockets accept international plugs so you don't need to bring a travel adaptor. It has a safe box, but not a mini fridge. It provides in-room sandals and the toiletries. My only suggestion is to line the two rubbish bins with plastic bags, otherwise it's quite unhygienic to throw rubbish inside. The breakfast was okay only, but the adjacent mall has plenty of food options. If coming by Grab, choose Lobby 4 to access hotel entrance directly."
