"The reception service consistently maintained professionalism and warmth. Both the front desk and room service were quick to respond, and as an IHG member, I felt I received the appropriate courtesies (room upgrade). The room offered a wide view and impeccable cleanliness. The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise, completely blocking out the city's hustle and bustle. As always, the high standards were evident; from the hardware facilities to the soft services, everything reflected the quality expected of an international brand. It’s truly a haven where one can relax and settle in."

"The transportation is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel to Shanghai Metro Line 11's Guangming Road Station. The room is quite spacious, and the pillows are especially comfortable. They provide two types of pillows: a higher one and a lower memory foam one, which is very thoughtful. The shower room is also quite large, and the hotel lobby is grand. The front desk lady was very polite and proactively told me that they had just opened. She also offered me a breakfast voucher if I had time to eat breakfast, hoping to get my feedback and suggestions. It was a very warm and welcoming service, I really liked it."
