It would be great if they could offer afternoon tea in the future. It doesn't necessarily have to follow other hotels with lunch and dinner. The restaurant across from the hotel window had a Golden Osmanthus fish that was rich and flavorful, just to my liking. Keep up the good work climbing the North Slope! This is a great place for everyone to relax and unwind. Suggestion: Suites could include a coffee capsule machine to enhance the stay experience. If it rains, you can happily stay in the hotel and enjoy a series of activities ^_^ The arcade coin experience was great. Although I didn't win, it would be nice if they offered a small plush toy 🧸, but that's just a personal suggestion."

In terms of details, the welcome fruit and mini-bar drinks are of high quality, and the disposable amenities like slippers and toiletries are excellent, especially the slippers. "This hotel is located on the outskirts of town, right next to the high-speed train station. The facilities are very new, and the various functional areas are well-distributed. The suite is quite spacious, perfect for a family of three, with two bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The toiletries are Peter Thomas Roth, which is a Hilton brand standard. The front desk service was excellent; the staff were friendly, accommodating, and capable of independent problem-solving. They helped us resolve a few minor issues we encountered. However, the housekeeping and restaurant services were comparatively not as good and have room for improvement."

The owner is a huge fan of the novel series ”The Lost Tomb,” and you can really see that influence in the hotel's unique design. Every detail is meticulously crafted and really well done. The bedding in the rooms is incredibly comfortable, and the rooms themselves are quite spacious. My friends and I were all very impressed. They even gave us a souvenir! I'll definitely be back next time!"

"Summary: Lives up to the InterContinental standard. 1. The location is great, about 600 meters from Meiren Song Park, with a street full of restaurants downstairs. Getting to other attractions in Erdaobaihe by taxi is also convenient and not far. 2. The hotel is quite new, and it doesn't seem to be too busy yet. The room is relatively spacious for Erdaobaihe, and all the facilities are well-equipped. The hardware is top-notch. Breakfast was decent, but I'd suggest adding more pastries, as kids would enjoy them more. Soundproofing is acceptable; you can hear kids talking in the hallway from your room, but it's within reason, considering it's not a five-star hotel. 3. What impressed me the most was the service. Besides airport/station transfers, the hotel also offers shuttle service to the distribution center, which is incredibly helpful for visiting Tianchi Lake. It completely eliminates any worries about getting up early for the mountain. The driver was very nice, and someone always opened the car door for us. Staff members greet you whenever you enter or exit. Good service truly comes down to these details. 4. I especially want to thank Domi at the front desk. She was gentle and friendly, and very patient with children. She consistently helped us coordinate transfers during our stay, and responded to our inquiries very promptly. The above review is absolutely objective, with no hidden incentives for a good rating. This trip to Erdaobaihe was perfect. I saw Tianchi Lake, stayed in a worry-free hotel, and ate delicious food. Erdaobaihe is truly worth visiting!"
