Guest UserA Truly Heartfelt Stay â Hospitality That Felt Like Home â€ïž
Our stay here was genuinely one of the most memorable parts of our Vietnam trip. The hospitality was simply top-notch. From the very first interaction, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, polite, and accommodating.
We mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, and they went above and beyond to make us feel special. They arranged complimentary honeymoon decorations for us and even offered us a complimentary discount on our honeymoon massage. These thoughtful gestures meant so much to us and made our stay even more memorable.
What stood out the most, however, was how genuinely helpful and caring they were. They were always available whenever we needed anything. We would simply send a message, and they would take care of it. There was never a hesitation or a feeling that we were bothering them. Everything was handled with such warmth and kindness.
One of our most special memories was actually when we were leaving. The owner/manager personally asked us to sit with him, and we spent some time talking together. We took a photo, he offered us some fresh fruit, and even made us tea. His wife was equally warm and accommodating. That moment felt so personal and homely â it honestly didnât feel like we were staying at a hotel; it felt like we were being hosted by people who genuinely cared about us.
There are stays where you remember the room, the location, or the facilities. And then there are stays where you remember the people. This was definitely the latter.
Thank you for making our honeymoon stay in Sapa so warm, comfortable, and memorable. Your kindness and hospitality will genuinely stay with us for a long time. â€ïž
Highly, highly recommended! If youâre visiting Sapa, donât hesitate to stay here. The warmth of the people alone makes it worth it.

Guest UserA perfect place for retreat in Sapa. Nice environment with friendly staff and delicious food. Trekking tour is provided, visiting villages with 6hours walk is so much fun! The view from our room is amazing, one of the best hotel i stay with peaceful balcony for my morning yoga routine. I love this place so much and i will definitely come back again!

MachineGunCharlieCan I first mention the excellent Mai Anh Giang at reception who made my trip so memorable. Not only did she suggest things to do, she even let me try the local alcohol! I enjoyed swimming at night here and the view is awesome.
Unfortunately, there are no local shops nearby. So if you are half working/travelling like I was. You kind of need to go into town which is overpriced and actually lacking in basic stuff.
Another suggestion; at night itâs great to chill on the roof, but they donât do cocktails. Just a small thing!

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide âa home away from home,â and they truly delivered on that promise.
From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldnât join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Anonymous UserWonderful hotel with very charming, secluded cabins nestled in the mountains. We arrived before check-in time, and our room was already ready, so they let us check in early without any extra charge. The hotel also has a fantastic cafe with a very friendly bartender. Make sure to try the white coffee!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. While we were there, it seemed there was a minor issue with the drain, causing a very unpleasant smell to enter the room from the bathroom at night. However, it was taken care of as soon as we mentioned it. The breakfast was very good and offered a great selection. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Guest UserDelasol's Chapa Brasserie Restaurant's breakfast buffet has an impressive spread divided into different stations. First is the hot coffee/tea and other beverage station. Succeeded by a table of cold cuts, cheese appetizer and salads. Next station is the breads, pastries and pancake corner. Followed by the highly patronized Hot counter for made to order Pho and Egg dishes. h other local dishes but leaned more on international cuisine. Finally the main course array with a line up of asian oriented dishes are enough for every palate to enjoy in the morning.
Stepping inside, we were greeted with a meticulously indochine inspired dining hall with wood and leather studded chairs.
The showstopper is floor to ceiling glass windows which have a panoramic view of mist shrouded mountain range further adding to the enjoyment of the dining experience.

HazyzPros
- Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns
- We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early
- The room was very clean & cozy
- Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs
- Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier
- Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not
- We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water
Cons
- We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities
- Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly
Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

We had a truly fantastic stay at the Homestay. The room offered an incredibly beautiful panoramic view, and the family was super friendly. We were even invited to join them for dinner one evening and had a really fun night. The owner also offered us various tours we could book through him.
The breakfast was excellent, there was hot water in the bathroom, and the duvets were nice and warm, making it perfect even on cold nights.
