A Truly Heartfelt Stay — Hospitality That Felt Like Home ❤️ Our stay here was genuinely one of the most memorable parts of our Vietnam trip. The hospitality was simply top-notch. From the very first interaction, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, polite, and accommodating. We mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, and they went above and beyond to make us feel special. They arranged complimentary honeymoon decorations for us and even offered us a complimentary discount on our honeymoon massage. These thoughtful gestures meant so much to us and made our stay even more memorable. What stood out the most, however, was how genuinely helpful and caring they were. They were always available whenever we needed anything. We would simply send a message, and they would take care of it. There was never a hesitation or a feeling that we were bothering them. Everything was handled with such warmth and kindness. One of our most special memories was actually when we were leaving. The owner/manager personally asked us to sit with him, and we spent some time talking together. We took a photo, he offered us some fresh fruit, and even made us tea. His wife was equally warm and accommodating. That moment felt so personal and homely — it honestly didn’t feel like we were staying at a hotel; it felt like we were being hosted by people who genuinely cared about us. There are stays where you remember the room, the location, or the facilities. And then there are stays where you remember the people. This was definitely the latter. Thank you for making our honeymoon stay in Sapa so warm, comfortable, and memorable. Your kindness and hospitality will genuinely stay with us for a long time. ❤️ Highly, highly recommended! They offer excellent service and a tranquil environment, ideal for family stays, away from the city's hustle. Bicycle rentals are available through reception for your convenience. Cuisine is exceptional, and I highly recommend trying our delicious Pho, available with your choice of beef or chicken.

I’d say, good job for the management for keeping their staff friendly and very accommodating. The view from the room is breath-taking. I also love the food they serve when breakfast. The room is always tidy and very much updated with the technology. This place went above and beyond my expectation.

Wonderful hotel with very charming, secluded cabins nestled in the mountains. We arrived before check-in time, and our room was already ready, so they let us check in early without any extra charge. The hotel also has a fantastic cafe with a very friendly bartender. Make sure to try the white coffee!

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Everything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view. The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose. Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

Very nicely located complex with great panorama over The Valley and the Mount Fansipan. Rooms large and designed accordingly the landscape. Staff friendly and helpful. But breakfast is a catastrophy: not enough tables, dirty because of too much people.

We booked a room with a mountain view, which was significantly more expensive than a standard room. Initially, we were put in a room with mold on the ceiling (apparently after a flood). We asked to switch rooms, but were told that the only other option had two beds (even though we booked one large bed) and that there were no other mountain view rooms available, just these two. In the second room, the view was partially obstructed by a staircase. We asked to speak with the manager, who then informed us there was one last room available. It had one large bed and a mountain view, so we decided to stay in that one. This whole experience really soured our impression. The view is beautiful, but the rooms are run-down (some are really bad, others are slightly better).

Though it's about a 15-minute drive from Sapa, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel is incredibly well-equipped. The breakfast here might just be the best I've tasted in Vietnam. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. I highly recommend it.

We had a truly fantastic stay at the Homestay. The room offered an incredibly beautiful panoramic view, and the family was super friendly. We were even invited to join them for dinner one evening and had a really fun night. The owner also offered us various tours we could book through him. The breakfast was excellent, there was hot water in the bathroom, and the duvets were nice and warm, making it perfect even on cold nights.
