The hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!

Breakfast offered a rich variety, far from perfunctory, and included freshly ground coffee with a rich and mellow taste. The ingredients were fresh and filling. The owner and staff were attentive and thoughtful, promptly responding to any requests. This guesthouse is full of intricate details, from the soft furnishings to the amenities, all showcasing great care. It's perfect for those looking to slow down and relax, offering a escape from the hustle and bustle while boasting prime ocean views.

This stay was incredibly comfortable! Our butler, Sophia, was absolutely wonderful – she promptly took care of any request we had. She was so attentive and thoughtful, making sure we didn't have to worry about a thing throughout our stay. The hotel's sea view is absolutely breathtaking; the room offers a super open vista of the endless ocean, which is incredibly healing to look at. Overall, a perfect experience, highly recommended!

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

This hotel is closest to Piano Wharf and not far from Sanqiutian Wharf. It's very close to the shore, yet tucked away in a quiet spot. On the way, you'll pass the Gulangyu Museum. My room was on the first floor and was well-decorated and very clean. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

This is a very comfortable hotel. I've been staying here periodically since September 2023, according to my booking history. Its location is convenient, close to Huli Park Station Exit 4. If you enjoy hiking the mountain-sea trail, I highly recommend bringing a good pair of athletic shoes. You'll also find several banks nearby, including Bank of China, ICBC, Xiamen Bank, and Industrial Bank, along with a pedestrian street and the Jingyueli Shopping Mall. I find the environment here to be very comfortable. I also hope everyone will travel responsibly and appreciate the resources provided, without wasting anything the hotel offers. Resources are hard to come by, and we should all value them, whether it's water or any other hotel service. Furthermore, I urge guests to please adhere to the hotel's rules. If smoking isn't allowed, please don't smoke. Traveling civilly ensures a pleasant experience for everyone and shows respect for other guests.

Instead of the city's hustle and bustle, I heard the crisp, pleasant chirping of morning birds and the sweet, fresh air blowing from the mountains. I couldn't help but close my eyes and take several deep breaths. Returning to the room in the evening, I lay on the balcony chair, clearing my mind, sipping an iced cola while enjoying the mountain breeze—this is exactly what a vacation should be like. First off, the hygiene was impeccable, and secondly, the price was very affordable for most people, around a hundred yuan, which is incredible value for money. The provided dryer was particularly practical; it meant I didn't have to carry a bunch of extra clothes while traveling, which was super convenient. Downstairs, there's a shopping area, making it easy to get around. The owner's service was also very warm and appropriate. Overall, a very comfortable experience.
