Right near the ski slopes, with shuttle service to and from. The facilities are great, and there's plenty of hot water for showers. The service is super friendly, and they even have dumplings and beef noodles! Plus, there's an esports room on the second floor of the ski rental shop, perfect for gamers looking to play a round.

The room was super nice!! Very clean We stayed there for two days. The tableware and supplies were very complete. The living room and master bedroom were equipped with air conditioners There were karaoke and billiard mahjong. We brought two children (not playing with mobile phones but playing other things was not boring) There were iron pots and barbecue stoves. The table in the yard was also super big. We had three or four meals and the atmosphere was super good The boss lady was very enthusiastic and tried to provide everything she could. She also gave me a souvenir mobile phone chain (made by myself) In short! It's worth it. The whole family was busy, chattering, playing, singing and eating together (After this experience, I decided to change to a house with a yard)

The hotel proactively informs guests around 4 AM whether there's a chance of rime ice that day, saving us from waiting around for nothing – that's really thoughtful. The best part is, regardless of the weather, they provide shuttle service to Little Rime Island. Given its remote location, having a dedicated shuttle not only solves transportation issues but also makes the early morning trip safe and stress-free! While the shuttle service to Little Rime Island is convenient, its remote location means higher transportation costs. I highly recommend visiting in January when the chances of seeing rime ice are highest. Otherwise, traveling all that way only to miss out on the spectacular rime ice could make the trip feel a bit bland. Choosing the right time is key to making it a worthwhile journey!

With a snack street right nearby, if you're peckish late at night, you can just step out for a bowl of noodles. Delivery is also an option, making it a true haven for the lazy. The hot water in the bathroom is instant and at a perfect temperature – not too hot – making for a wonderfully comfortable shower. Even the shower gel was surprisingly good quality. The value for money is absolutely unbeatable!

The rooms are in good condition and affordable

Stayed for nine nights over Chinese New Year for a fantastic ski vacation. The hotel offers convenient ski-in/ski-out access, and the lobby's lounge area is wonderfully cozy and comfortable, with complimentary hot tea – perfect for warming up after a tiring day on the slopes. The service was incredibly thoughtful; when I extended my stay, I had some booking issues that required canceling and rebooking (even past the free cancellation period), but they patiently assisted me with the rebooking, which I greatly appreciate. Breakfast was also very good. Dinner wasn't expensive, and the customizable Malatang (Sichuan hotpot) was excellent. It was also easy to get to town to buy fireworks and to local farm-to-table restaurants. I even won a bottle of wine during the Chinese New Year activities, wishing for a lucky year ahead. Hope to come back next year!

Our ski trip to Fenghua Lanshe was absolutely perfect! It's located right in the heart of Vanke Songhua Lake Resort, just a short walk to the ski lift entrance. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making everything super convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with great floor heating. The panoramic balcony offered stunning mountain and snow views, and they even provide free ski equipment storage. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful, communicating check-in details in advance and paying attention to every small thing. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers excellent value for money. It's perfect for both ski trips and family vacations. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Songhua Lake!

This hotel is excellent! We're foreigners, from Russia, and it was our first time visiting Songhua Lake. The New Story Suite Hotel made us feel right at home. All the staff were incredibly kind. There are so many fun spots in this hotel! Games, karaoke, and a restaurant are all on the -1 floor. I have three kids, so there were plenty of things for them to do. It was super convenient to bring the children here. My favorite part was the massage. I especially loved Mr. He (He Ruiyou). His hands are truly amazing! We'll definitely stay here again next time! (Original Russian review also provided): We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays with our large family (5 people: 2 adults and three children). We rented a large room, which was cozy and clean. We all felt comfortable in this spacious room, and there were enough beds for everyone. We loved everything about this hotel: the friendly staff, and the cleanliness was top-notch – we walked barefoot in the room. You can request room cleaning as needed. Downstairs, there's a hot water pool. The water is changed every three days. But what I liked most was the Tesla shuttle service to the mountain. And the most wonderful thing about this excellent hotel is the masseur He Ruiyou (that's his name in Chinese). After a day on the slopes, a massage from Mr. He is exactly what you need. He is the best masseur I've ever encountered.

This stay at the ski villa in Jilin was an absolutely fantastic experience! Strong Design: The interior is beautifully decorated, showing meticulous attention to detail. Complete Facilities: The large-screen projector provides an excellent viewing experience, and the mahjong machine makes post-skiing relaxation even more enjoyable. High Comfort: The rooms are spacious and well-heated, keeping you very cozy. Excellent Amenities: It boasts a huge yard (perfect for barbecues in summer) and a superb location, very close to the ski resort, within walking distance.

Very good and clean. Before going, the sisters turned on the air conditioner in advance. The electric mattress was turned on. It was very warm and felt at home. I would go there in the future
