Jilin Songhua Lake New Story Hot Spring Suite Hotel

Room Amenities: The two-bedroom apartment is perfect for families, featuring two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. The decor is exquisite, and the facilities are complete and new. The room uses a keyless entry system; you simply add the host on WeChat to receive the code, which is very convenient as you don't need a physical card. The only issue is the poor soundproofing of the apartment building; you can hear firecrackers and fireworks outside, as well as loud conversations from next door. Location & Transportation: The apartment is located in Qingshan Apartment Phase 3, right near the ski resort. The hotel offers shuttle service to the ski slopes (though it still requires a short walk). There's a supermarket, bar, and ski rental shop all on the B1 level. Walking to the ski resort takes about 10 minutes, so it's a bit of a distance. Breakfast: The variety isn't extensive, but it's enough to fill you up before hitting the slopes for a full day of skiing. Initially, I booked for three nights, but the snow melted due to warm weather, so we only skied for two days. Besides skiing, there isn't much else to do in the area. Plus, with bad weather forecasted for the sixth day of the ***** New Year, we ended up wasting one night's booking and returned home early.

First off, the pick-up and drop-off service was incredibly convenient for getting to the ski resort, dinner, and massages. Before I arrived, I contacted the owner to request a higher floor, and to my surprise, they even upgraded my room type! It was perfect because my child could have their own separate room. The staff recommended some great local dishes like 'Iron Pot Stew,' hotpot, and BBQ, all of which were delicious. Plus, you can see the ski resort from the room's balcony. Definitely recommend!

This hotel is great! The room was clean and warm, and the service was exceptional. Every staff member was enthusiastic and proactive in helping with luggage. They also offer a convenient shuttle service to and from the ski resort at any time. Absolutely fantastic!

This hotel is excellent! We're foreigners, from Russia, and it was our first time visiting Songhua Lake. The New Story Suite Hotel made us feel right at home. All the staff were incredibly kind. There are so many fun spots in this hotel! Games, karaoke, and a restaurant are all on the -1 floor. I have three kids, so there were plenty of things for them to do. It was super convenient to bring the children here. My favorite part was the massage. I especially loved Mr. He (He Ruiyou). His hands are truly amazing! We'll definitely stay here again next time! (Original Russian review also provided): We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays with our large family (5 people: 2 adults and three children). We rented a large room, which was cozy and clean. We all felt comfortable in this spacious room, and there were enough beds for everyone. We loved everything about this hotel: the friendly staff, and the cleanliness was top-notch – we walked barefoot in the room. You can request room cleaning as needed. Downstairs, there's a hot water pool. The water is changed every three days. But what I liked most was the Tesla shuttle service to the mountain. And the most wonderful thing about this excellent hotel is the masseur He Ruiyou (that's his name in Chinese). After a day on the slopes, a massage from Mr. He is exactly what you need. He is the best masseur I've ever encountered.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very friendly, and the shuttle service between the ski resort and the hotel was very convenient.

The room is perfect for a personal stay! Great for skiing!
