The host not only helped me pick up the packages but also delivered them directly to my room. When my friend came to visit, she needed a ski boot as a beginner, and while I was thinking of renting one from her, she readily offered to lend it to us, and she thoughtfully brought it to our room! On the last day, I wanted to ski again, so I asked if I could check out a little later. I was expecting her to let me check out until 2 PM or leave my luggage there so I could return and return the gear, but she insisted I didn't even need to take my luggage out and could leave it in the room! It saved me a lot of trouble!
