I love this place. The breakfast is amazing and the window views are stunning. There is a nice little convenience store in the alley next to the hotel where you can get snacks and drinks. There is a department store and eating district not too far from the hotel. Only about 10-15 minutes walking behind the hotel. There is Korean bbq and hot pot. In the hotel is a great hot pot restaurant as well. A little pricey, but you are eating at the hotel, and it is delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. English is not always readily available. But the staff will always try to maintain good communication.

Songhua Lake as a whole is a great ski resort. However I wish there would have been more services and support for non English speakers. Our kids didn’t want to take lessons or stay at the kids club because there weren’t any staff that can speak English. The Prince Hotel is a wonderful hotel though. Conveniently located. The ski in/out convenience was definitely a key benefit. The only drawback was the crowd during peak holidays. We will definitely come back but will avoid the Chinese holidays if we can.

Super friendly and so happy to help accommodate any requests such as transport, rentals etc. The cleaning ladies, the driver and the lady who organised everything through wechat were awesome 👍 Accommodation is modern, clean and very comfortable. We slept 5 guys in the villa with no issues and we all loved it! 24hr mini shop next door and a little cafe with really friendly people for your morning coffee before hitting the slopes. 7am - 10pm free transport around the resort, just drop them a wechat message. 2 minutes shuttle to the slopes. I cant rate it any higher - for the money, this place is top notch!
