This is undoubtedly a hidden gem of a guesthouse. The room was impeccably clean, and the Simmons mattress was incredibly comfortable; my back didn't hurt when I woke up the next day. It wasn't the kind of soft, flimsy bed. The decor was Nordic country style, and the natural light was excellent. At midday, plenty of sunlight streamed into the bay window, making it a perfect spot for tea or coffee. The owner even does latte art himself, and you can make your own. The service was also very warm and attentive; they would send you food and travel tips. Getting a taxi was also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I have been traveling through China for four months staying on average three nights in hotels. I stumbled upon this little gem and booked it for one month. The three ladies running the establishment treat you like family. You could not ask for more personal yet professional service I stayed in three different rooms and they are all extremely clean and well appointed. Located in the historic little town, the hotel is perfectly located on one of the canals Steps away from the busy little market streets, it is wonderfully quiet and peaceful even when the tourists arrive mostly on weekends. At night, the town folds up and goes to sleep. There are many restaurants in the village, with basic foods and necessities available at the little food store and stalls. The gym, shopping centers, and malls are an 8 to 10 minute drive away

Our stay this trip was absolutely perfect! The front desk service was friendly and efficient; they not only processed our check-in quickly but also provided detailed information on local eateries and helpful tips for navigating the area and avoiding common pitfalls. The room was clean and bright, the bedding soft and comfortable, melting away the day's fatigue the moment I lay down. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was superb, and the toiletries had a subtle, refreshing scent, making them very pleasant to use. What was even more delightful was that staff promptly replenished bottled water and toiletries every day – the attention to detail was exceptional. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering a wide variety of hot dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit, all with an authentic, delicious taste. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

I chose this one after comparing several hotels. This one is also considered to be a poor handling of the sudden situation. I have opened a chain hotel for a small half year. I have no basic service awareness. Because I am on a business trip, I need to have a comfortable rest environment. Before booking, I will specially note: a quiet room is needed. When I checked in for lunch break, I heard the chatting sound and the loud TV sound next door. I didn’t care too much at that time. When I was going to bed at 10 o’clock in the evening, I heard the loud vibration of the room. I thought it was the sound of watching TV next door. I found that there was a KTV behind the window. Very strong rhythm, contact the front desk as soon as possible, the other party said to negotiate with KTV first, see if the volume can be reduced, and arrange for the staff to come up to confirm whether there is really this sound before changing the room, and I am a woman when I call the front desk. As a result, there was no first time to arrange a female room staff, but a male security guard to solve the problem. Such a big hotel, there is no room staff? Can security do the work of the room? The security guard said that he was not satisfied that the room could be replaced. If we wanted to change it, we would immediately collect things to go to the new room (although the tone was friendly, but it was very uncomfortable). The front desk staff asked him to wait for us to complete the room change and get back the old room card before leaving. The whole operation was very speechless. In the end, he repeatedly asked him to go downstairs and give us some time to pack our luggage. After changing the room, we will pick up the original room card. Changed the room opposite the same apartment type. The new room was very quiet except that the hotel light belt outside the window was broken and flashed all night. The road below is also the hotel's internal parking passage, so I don't understand why there is a quiet room that is not arranged for the first time, but arranged a KTV room at night. I really don't understand it. There is no hotel staff to apologize for this matter until 8 am. It was more than two o'clock in the afternoon that I called and said that I could upgrade when I lived in the future. I thought about solving it when I left. It was really bad.

The room is a little yellow duck theme room, very cute, bedding and toiletries are all little yellow duck ~ The scenery outside the terrace is nice, you can see the mountains in the distance and the lake nearby. The room has a bathtub, and the terrace also has a balcony table and chairs. The service staff and cleaning staff are very polite. For dinner, just eat in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Shunde tastes good, and you can use vouchers during the Qingming Festival. Breakfast options are all OK, and you can eat quite full. It's about 20 minutes from Yingxiang Ecological Park, and the road conditions are OK. I ordered takeout to the hotel and picked it up at a designated point on the first floor, which is quite convenient.

Location is good, next to a mall. Free laundry service too and use robot to deliver stuff to the room. The only thing dissatisfied is the wifi. It seems China wifi is only used for local ppl and not for foreigners. They told me to switch off the DNS but it doesn't work at all. Even Guangzhou airport wifi also for local ppl only - key in their local number to connect ? Even got airport staff to help me, same cannot connect at all. Why it's that so ? wifi suppose to be the basic facilities that hotel should provide to their guests. I just don't understand why so difficult to connect wifi in China. I finished my 7 days data roaming services with fee. Without wifi, it is really inconvenience for us. My sister & cousin sister said so, wifi is no way to connect in Shunde/China. Staff with 101 code is good & helpful. She helps us check the rate for transportation from hotel to nearby Bus station which direct to Guangzhou Airport. She also offer us to have a green bean pudding :) Overall stay at this modern interior hotel is good. Will come back again if travel to Shunde. Thank you.

Overall, it was very good. The location was excellent, with ample parking and spacious rooms. The receptionist, a young lady with glasses, was very welcoming. The breakfast was also okay. Overall, it was great value for money. The only drawback was a musty smell in the room. It was like that when I first opened the door, and even after ventilating it with the air conditioner for a few hours, the smell was still there. I hope this can be improved in the future.

Good location will plenty of food choices opposite the hotel. It is also near the XiQiao Mountain, can tour around the mountain and visit GuanYin.

Choosing Xinsu Hotel within the Xiqiao Mountain scenic area was truly a brilliant decision! First off, being able to drive your car right into the scenic area makes exploring Xiqiao Mountain incredibly flexible, easy, and in-depth. Secondly, even though the hotel is nestled in the mountains, its facilities are complete and very clean. Both dinner and breakfast here were excellent, with delicious food. Thirdly, the hotel's service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They communicated with us about mountain entry logistics and dietary preferences well in advance. Finally, what touched me the most was the hotel's prompt and responsible handling of an unexpected situation. When my child suddenly started vomiting in the middle of the night, the staff immediately checked on their condition and offered to help contact a hospital. As my child was vomiting severely, hotel staff drove us through the scenic area's emergency access road to the hospital, staying with us the entire time to assist with registration and getting the results. A huge thank you to the night-shift staff member, Miss Liu (who drove us back and forth, not getting back to the hotel until after 3 AM, and who we later learned had her own child hospitalized), and to the duty manager, Manager Yan. Upon learning of the situation, he actively communicated with us, met us at the hospital, and accompanied us throughout. Not only did he help solve the problem, but he also provided emotional support and reassurance. Other hotel staff were also very warm; they proactively asked about my child's condition the next day. Thank you all so much; this experience guarantees that the next time I visit Foshan, I'll return to Xiqiao Mountain and stay at Xinsu again!

It was okay. Price was still cheap, even during the holiday. First thing, if you want to find a reception of the hotel, you go to the given location, then look at the building to your right with the KFC and on the second floor, you can find the office / reception. You can climb up the stairs from behind the building. The stairs from the pedestrian street, not from the road. Then they will give you the location and the code of your room. The apartments are in the nearby buildings, 10 minutes walk from the reception. So the location of the hotel given here on trip.com is just the reception, the apartments are not exactly on the lake. Apartment was really nice, everything was clean. The bathroom is huge, it has a nice big shower. Beds were wide and soft. Balcony is also nice. You will have a problem if you are a light sleeper, since the main door of the apartment is not thick. There is a 1cm gap between the floor and the door, also on the sides. So all the noise in the hall is literally in your room. During this holiday a lot of families with kids were staying in the same building, so noises and cooking smells were all around. But I must say, inside the room everything was tidy and good.
