I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Hanlin Hotel in Luohanlin. The hotel is located in the mountains, so the climate is cool and comfortable. The rooms were clean and tidy, with expansive views of the mountain forest outside the window. The staff were attentive and dealt with any issues promptly. The breakfast was delicious, and I could even relax in the mahjong room during my downtime. Parking was convenient with charging stations available. Overall, the facilities were comprehensive, making my trip very hassle-free. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come to the mountains to escape the summer heat next time.

Basically, I come to this hotel every time I travel because it is much better than other services. I don’t have to say that I will actively help every time I have any needs. They have a sense of service, but it is more superficial. When checking in, the front desk received a call from a takeaway asking for directions. He kept talking on the phone for more than ten minutes and left us alone. The check-in process was not very pleasant. The next night, I don’t know why the room had no electricity. I waited at the door of the room for 10 to 20 minutes. Later, they said they would change us to another room. Although they kept apologizing, there was no compensation at all. In addition, the breakfast variety was too simple and the restaurant tasted average. In general, I still like this hotel. I hope it can do better.
