4-Star Hotels in Luzhou

The front desk service is good, the hotel is strategically located, the elevator is also very fast, the breakfast variety is very good, the room bed is very comfortable, and the sanitation is clean. In addition, this hotel has must-kill skills, free laundry for customers, rich nightingales, and room fruit, really for the sake of customers! Keep working hard, great! !

I was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is super close to the MixC shopping district, just a 10-minute walk, which is incredibly convenient. The customer service manager, Xiao Jiang, and the front desk staff, Xiao Yang, were very welcoming and efficient, even proactively sharing recommendations for nearby restaurants. The room was clean and refreshing, the bedding was nice, and the details were very thoughtful. The room even had smart curtains. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city. Highly recommended!

The BBK Plaza is right downstairs, making it convenient for dining and transportation. The receptionist was very helpful and attentive. The room was clean and had smart home controls. The breakfast was decent, although the selection wasn't extensive. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would choose this place again next time.

My stay at Lavande Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by the healing ambiance created by the lavender scent and soft lighting – truly excellent! First off, the free parking was incredibly convenient; I didn't have to worry about parking at all. The internet speed was also very fast, making gaming in the room super smooth. The room itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in. The bed was extremely comfy, and the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Plus, there are so many restaurants around the hotel, offering a dizzying array of choices; you can enjoy all sorts of delicious food right outside. In the evening, the young lady at the front desk greeted me with such energy and even offered me tea – the service was genuinely heartwarming. Because I'm a light sleeper, they kindly upgraded me and reserved a room facing the residential area, which was quieter. I particularly liked the room's aromatherapy scent; it smelled wonderful, and I even bought a bottle from the front desk when I checked out [chuckles]. Since I arrived late and overslept, the front desk even extended my check-out by an hour for free, which I was extremely satisfied with. I always choose Lavande Hotels; the beds are indeed very comfortable, and the room decor is a standard Lavande style. The facilities are quite comprehensive, but it would be even more perfect with a toilet seat cover. There's also plenty of great food nearby. Overall, it's genuinely excellent, and I'll definitely be back after my trip in a few days!

We booked a twin room, but the front desk upgraded us to a family room because we had a child with us. The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. There's a gym next to the laundry area, which my child found fascinating. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows and was very quiet. There were also snack and barbecue stalls nearby, and the place was clean and hygienic. The trial pillow was great; I highly recommend it.

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, including parking lot and restaurant. Hygiene: It is clean and bright from the outside to the inside. Environment: On the riverside, high in terrain, quiet and with good views. Service: The lady at the front desk is very professional and polite, and you can feel that she has received professional training. The male staff at the lobby entrance is also very professional and will answer any questions you have. From these two staff members, I can feel that the management team of this hotel is excellent.

The standard 4-star hotel has only opened for 2 years. The hotel is very new and the rooms are very clean. The key is that there is no price increase on May Day. The room around 300 is very comfortable. The breakfast is quite good. My husband is embarrassed to eat and afraid of the hotel. Loss, I really want to stay a few more days if I have the opportunity!

The stay experience was really good and room service must be praised. If you have a problem, you can find the staff, the response is very fast, the attitude is very good, and the work is very neat. The most surprising thing about the room is that there is no smell at all, the ventilation is very good, unlike some hotels, there will be a stuffy or musty smell, and it feels very comfortable as soon as you enter the room. The lighting design is also very careful, the brightness is soft and not dazzling, it will not be too bright and sway the eyes, lying in bed at night to play with the mobile phone, or simply handling something is just right. The room was clean and the overall living feeling was full. It is quite suitable for business trips or tourism, and I will give priority to this one next time.

Basically, I come to this hotel every time I travel because it is much better than other services. I don’t have to say that I will actively help every time I have any needs. I have to go out to work and the aunt in the room said that I need to help dry the clothes. The result is drying and drying for me. It’s so warm to put it back. The front desk is also very good. It’s good to help send things up.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The front desk service was okay, the room was clean, and the lighting was great—a big plus! 👍 Many hotels are very dimly lit. The only downside was the slightly poor soundproofing. The noodles for breakfast were delicious. I stayed here on my way to Sidu Chishui in Gulin County.
