It was a complete surprise. I was going to Yibin, but the price of the rooms increased to more than 800 and there was no room. I checked the map and Zhangzhou was not far away, and I booked more than 200 big bed rooms. As a result, I went to the store and said that I had upgraded the room. I was completely scared when I entered the door. Is this more than 200 rooms? It was perfect. My wife said that she wanted to stay for a day, and immediately changed the itinerary and booked one night. Perfect is not perfect, look at the picture for yourself!

The front desk service is good, the hotel is strategically located, the elevator is also very fast, the breakfast variety is very good, the room bed is very comfortable, and the sanitation is clean. In addition, this hotel has must-kill skills, free laundry for customers, rich nightingales, and room fruit, really for the sake of customers! Keep working hard, great! !

My stay at Lavande Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by the healing ambiance created by the lavender scent and soft lighting – truly excellent! First off, the free parking was incredibly convenient; I didn't have to worry about parking at all. The internet speed was also very fast, making gaming in the room super smooth. The room itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in. The bed was extremely comfy, and the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Plus, there are so many restaurants around the hotel, offering a dizzying array of choices; you can enjoy all sorts of delicious food right outside. In the evening, the young lady at the front desk greeted me with such energy and even offered me tea – the service was genuinely heartwarming. Because I'm a light sleeper, they kindly upgraded me and reserved a room facing the residential area, which was quieter. I particularly liked the room's aromatherapy scent; it smelled wonderful, and I even bought a bottle from the front desk when I checked out [chuckles]. Since I arrived late and overslept, the front desk even extended my check-out by an hour for free, which I was extremely satisfied with. I always choose Lavande Hotels; the beds are indeed very comfortable, and the room decor is a standard Lavande style. The facilities are quite comprehensive, but it would be even more perfect with a toilet seat cover. There's also plenty of great food nearby. Overall, it's genuinely excellent, and I'll definitely be back after my trip in a few days!

The staff is very nice, the room is big enough, the decoration style is also very good, the elevator is bright and cool, the breakfast on the top floor is delicious, free afternoon tea is provided, and the environment is good. It is not far from anywhere and it is not noisy. There is a city view outside the room. There is also a weekly gift of candy. If there is a child, a separate children's toothbrush is also provided. If I have the opportunity to come next time, I will choose this place again.

The standard 4-star hotel has only opened for 2 years. The hotel is very new and the rooms are very clean. The key is that there is no price increase on May Day. The room around 300 is very comfortable. The breakfast is quite good. My husband is embarrassed to eat and afraid of the hotel. Loss, I really want to stay a few more days if I have the opportunity!

The location is great, convenient for visiting Guanyizui Square, Bao'en Pagoda, and the Bell and Drum Towers. Parking is available and convenient. The place is clean and hygienic. They consider the needs of their guests. A free room upgrade was offered; the room was quiet and had a great river view – fantastic!

The reason for the deduction of points for facilities is that the bathroom is too slippery, there is no bath mat or floor towel, no handrails and no slippers for bathing. If I hadn't used a face towel to cover it, I would have slipped. The room is a bit small, and the washing is behind the door, but it is generous to have four bottles of water. Other aspects are quite good. Breakfast is in the rooftop garden, with many varieties and delicious freshly cooked noodles. There were many people getting married during the National Day holiday, and it was very noisy in the corridor early in the morning. Convenient parking!

After carefully selecting and booking this hotel, my actual experience lived up to every expectation. I have to commend the front desk service; the staff were polite and professional, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. They patiently answered all my questions. The room was spotlessly clean, the facilities were well-maintained, and the layout was thoughtfully designed. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy and time-saving to get around. Despite its central location, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was fresh, abundant, and offered a great variety. Both the amenities and the service quality were excellent, showing a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. This is definitely a hotel I'd love to visit again.
