"This is a clean and well-sorted property with all the basic amenities and no frills.  It’s a great uptown location for those who are visiting the universities or Ochsner.  There are no fitness facilities, however you can go to any number of local gyms and buy a day pass if necessary.  Overall, a great place to stay if you’re seeking basic accommodations at a reasonable price."
