Troubadour Hotel New Orleans

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location was convenient and the room had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Disadvantages: the room could use some updates, and the Wi-Fi was a little slow at times.

The hotel was basic, big room but not very clean. The staff were not friendly and did not inform us that we needed to request the room to be serviced each day. We did it once and the towels and toiletries were not replaced - heads up! They also didn’t inform us that the roof bar was closed. The rooms are very loud and are paper thin walls so you can hear everything including next door opening and shutting their blinds and people talking in the halls. Would not recommend! They also overcharged us and haven’t replied as to what for!

Excellent location. Beautiful room and art hate I didn’t take photos. The front desk manager was also very accommodating.

Very friendly stuff and spacious room:)

You can tell a lot about the quality of service when something goes wrong, and in this case, it did. The hot water system failed, and the way the staff handled it was great. It was fixed within a few hours, and partial refunds were offered before I even needed to request one. Otherwise, a perfect trip

Perfect location, good service, great rooms, and rooftop bar is a plus
