JW Marriott New Orleans

It’s in a great location. Walking distance to most spots. Less than a 3 min walk to the pickup spot for the hope on hop off bus. I had to ask for room slippers and a robe. Other than that it was an okay stay. They have an interesting way of obtaining free snack and drinks, make sure to check it out right beside the checkout counter.

Regular complimentary breakfast for bonvoy members, nothing special. Bar is good with great options. Very clean rooms

Spotless! Excellent staff all around! Comfortable rooms! Spacious bathroom! Removable shower head (easier to bathe the children)! Hotel burger was delicious!

Great location, but too loud from outdoor music at night even though across canal street from French quarter, and it’s after Marti Gras. Also, hotel lobby and bar music spills too much into biz office rooms, cannot hold remote meetings there. Minor gripes, everything else make this a place I would come back to.

The room and property was very clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had a tub and rainfall shower head. There was also a full length mirror. The staff made the stay welcoming. The bar and resturant was an extra bonus food and drinks were amazing.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the JW Marriott New Orleans on Canal Street. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The location is perfect right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the vibrant culture, music, and cuisine New Orleans is famous for. Definitely recommend it

The room was perfect and looked liked they scrubbed it clean with a toothbrush. The staff at the front desk along with the staff in the Bar area were great. Valet drivers were very nice and took good care of my car. We had to leave early in the morning so we didn’t get to try breakfast but the overall stay was wonderful. Will definitely be back in the future.
