GGuest UserHad a quick work trip and was looking for a place that I could get easily back and forth to and from the airport. Grateful for the shuttle service provided by the hotel and for the driver Perry. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his passengers. Quite thoughtful. Given some of the reviews, I was little concerned arriving at the hotel BUT I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It seems some of the reviews may be for some of their other locations which share the same name. This hotel was spotless. It is less than a year old. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, pillows, lots of outlets and USB ports throughout, and the bathroom stocked with Dove hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and soaps. The common areas are also great--the gym, the bathrooms, the coffee/tea area, etc. They are well designed and equipped with plenty of seating and charging capability. Also, I want to give a shout out to front desk clerk Cindy. She was working extremely long hours each day I was there and helpful at every turn when I had a question. Others mention the noise of the nearby interstate--that was not a problem for me as I travel so much that I bring with me a hand sized white noise machine. Makes a huge difference. Would stay here again.

Ddoxa praise diazIt was a great location. Very accessible to downtown and nearby attractions, however the cleaning services could've done better in refilling stuff in the toilet. Over all, the stay was okay.
