I stayed in a Bodrum suite and was generally very satisfied. The check-in process is self-check-in, but a welcome service is available during normal check-in hours. The process was smooth for me. I had no problems with cleanliness in particular; the room was perfectly clean and tidy. There were no bad odors or drainage problems in the bathroom, and the hot water in the shower worked consistently. The furnishings in the room were generally fine. The only issue was a minor light malfunction on the day I stayed, but since I only stayed for one day, this was a one-day problem. Other than that, I didn't experience any issues. I chose this Bodrum suite knowing it was on the ground floor, and the room was exactly the same as what I saw in the photos. I also felt safe and secure. In terms of price/performance, it definitely exceeded my expectations; it was well worth the money I paid. Overall, it's a place I would choose again; I'm very happy with it 👍

Everything was great except that I could clearly hear the other people in the other room talking at night, it was kinda disturbing but it’s still acceptable for me. Other than that, I loved it.

This is way over our expectations. Excellent value for stay, everything is brand new. Room cleaning service is outstanding, we returned everyday with a fresh clean room. We arranged a baby cot and it was lovely too. Some breakfast options are also available in addition to our booking. Which was quite nice too, as we had prepared to cook our own breakfast. Parking facilities is outstanding, extremely safe, and with lift access. Also very easy to order takeaways. I received calls from the lobby to inform the food arrival instead of speaking to courier directly, which is very language friendly. Large shopping centre and multiple supermarkets at the walking distance.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Lexia Hotel – it’s absolutely the best for its price! The location is perfect, with easy access to all pick-up tours, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The pool is lovely, and the breakfast was both delicious and satisfying. We had mentioned beforehand that we were on our honeymoon, and the hotel kindly decorated our room for the occasion – such a thoughtful gesture that touched us deeply. The hotel was spectacular. The rooms were nice decor was great. Location was a little tricky because of were it was situated some of the taxi drivers even got confused lol.

MMikhail IumashevA very pleasant place to stay! At Casamax Suites, I really appreciated the combination of comfort and a calm atmosphere — it’s a great place to relax after a busy day.
The rooms are bright, well-equipped, and have everything needed for a comfortable stay. I’d especially like to highlight the comfortable bed and good soundproofing — sleeping there was truly comfortable.
The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel genuinely welcome. Cleanliness was also impressive — housekeeping is regular and done to a high standard.
Overall, it’s an excellent choice in terms of value for money. I can confidently recommend this hotel!

TTatyana GolubevaThis is not my first time staying at this hotel. As always, the service is excellent. I asked to choose a room, went and looked and chose the one I liked the most. Everything is cleaned clean in the morning, they bring water. The view is very beautiful. I liked the breakfasts. The dinners have become worse, the choice is smaller and rather meager for this category of hotel. I really liked the Spa, the staff, especially the non-Russian speakers, are very friendly (the Kazakh girl communicates impudently, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste). It is also nice to lie down near the pool. There is a comfortable sun lounger on the balcony. And this time there were new soft large robes. For some reason there was no shower cap and toothbrush with toothpaste, it is unclear sometimes there is, sometimes not. It was very nice to receive a compliment from the hotel - a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine. Thank you very much, I will definitely come back. It is nice that the staff responds very quickly to requests. Many Russian speakers.

ССветлана БорейкоWe stayed at the hotel from Jan 3rd to Jan 5th. We absolutely loved it. The hotel lobby is simply stunning, and the glass elevators are mesmerizing. We were on the 7th floor, closer to the 'nose of the airplane' section. We barely heard any road noise. The grounds are excellent, with lots of spots to walk, sit, or just stand around, plus a playground for kids. The wide beach strip probably has enough space for everyone in the summer. The crowd was more intimate, mostly older foreign guests. Perhaps it was off-season. The room wasn't huge, but everything was well-thought-out and functional. There's a coffee machine in the room, robes, and all the usual toiletries in the bathroom. The mini-bar is refilled regularly, all standard. The bars have good alcohol, and while the restaurant didn't offer super gourmet dishes, the food was delicious – you won't go hungry. The staff are friendly and really try their best. We enjoyed our stay; the off-season price was very reasonable. I recommend it and would love to return in the summer.

Things I didn’t like :
1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food.
2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception.
3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅
4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅
GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL :
1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated.
2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass.
3. The outdoor pool is nice.
4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish.
5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

We missed dinner when we checked in, but they thoughtfully prepared a meal for us – big thumbs up! 👍 It was quite chilly in February with all the rain, and we couldn't figure out the AC at night. We thought there wasn't any and endured two nights, only to find out at check-out that it did have heating. They even said they could have moved us to another room if we had reported it. The food is definitely the highlight here; breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all incredibly good value and varied. Especially with prices skyrocketing in Turkey, we didn't even touch the entertainment facilities and still felt it was a fantastic deal. Oh, and they gave us roses on Valentine's Day! 🌹 Thank you so much! 😍

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is very central to my dental appointments in Lara. I know the area well so knew what to expect.
The breakfast at 8pm is one of the best I have encountered when visiting Lara with ”free breakfast”. The only complaint is with the paper tiny disposable cups for tea or coffee... as Westerner I do like milk with my tea/coffee so although the cups appear adequate for Turkish tastes they become unusable. A China or larger cup would be fantastic option.
The space for socialising and to eat breakfast is a small terrace at the front of the hotel is very limited.
When I visited a new Irish bar was been built at the end of the ground floor corridor. Rather worryingly they were testing the sound system for that bar which was far too loud (even at 4pm) so I have serious reservations that this noise will completely drown out any peace and quiet when this bar is open.
The room was large, spacious, clean and well lit
The ensuite fantastic for all needs.
All in all fantastic stay... would recommend and give 5 stars if the future noise from the bar will be a major concern especially if travellers are attending dental or other medical appointments

GGuest UserWe had to switch last minute after construction works at our original villa. The hotel were very accommodating & friendly to us pre & on arrival. The hotel was perfectly located for discovering the old town of Antalya on foot & had plenty of eateries on the doorstep.
Hotel staff were great. Very friendly & helpful throughout our stay. The pool & bar area were great & breakfast was plenty.
We were glad we chose to switch.

AAnonymous UserHotel is good, we were given a spacious comfortable room. Hotel staff is very kind. On the beach with the negative did not face, very welcoming were. We were on weekdays, maybe associated with it. In the restaurant a very welcoming young guy, I don't remember the name. The last day there was no cleaning, just put the paper with towels, it wasn't very nice, as after the sea the floor in the room is packed in two days. In general the hotel remained satisfied.
