Lara Barut Collection - All Inclusive

Beautiful hotel, nice and convenient amenities, comfortable… the only thing that bothered me a bit was the customer service. Don’t get me wrong, they were very helpful every step of the way but in various situations I felt like the staff was robotic or insincere, like every reply was a prompt added to a little machine. Even their tone was unnatural sometimes. It felt weird and as much as I tried to brush it off as some of them not having a fluent level of English I couldn’t because it felt more like a “fake facade” than lack of comprehension. Some staff were genuinely hospitable and nice (especially the pool area ones - the waitresses and the ones on the pool games), but most of them had this robotic aura that felt odd as I also work in the hospitality industry.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Absolutely Perfect Stay! We had an amazing all-inclusive experience and were extremely satisfied with everything. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfectly organized and thoughtfully designed. We even had private access to a heated pool directly from our room, which made our stay feel extra special and luxurious. The hotel truly has everything – activities for children and teenagers, great sports facilities (both indoor and outdoor), spa area with saunas and Turkish bath, professional massages, and food and drinks available 24/7. The variety and quality exceeded our expectations. Nothing is missing here. Everything is well planned, clean, comfortable, and designed for a perfect vacation. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would happily return ourselves!
