The hotel has a great location and a beautiful view from the room. The breakfast was good, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
However, there were several significant drawbacks. Room cleaning was below average. The room had a serious cockroach problem: we killed around five large cockroaches (approximately 1–2 cm long) during our stay, and some were even found on the bed at night.
There was no wardrobe, which made storing clothes inconvenient. The room was also very dark and lacked sufficient lighting.
The spa area was disappointing: it was small, poorly ventilated, smelled of cigarette smoke, and appeared outdated and poorly maintained.
The hotel does not have a private beach. Guests need to either pay for sunbeds or borrow towels and an umbrella from the reception.
Another issue was that some members of the staff crossed professional boundaries by attempting to establish personal relationships with guests, asking for WhatsApp numbers and making inappropriate personal compliments. This made us feel uncomfortable.
Overall, the location is excellent, but the cleanliness, pest problem, spa facilities, and professionalism of some staff members need significant improvement.
And I don’t recommend you to take a first floor room - it’s no view and noisy. We charged this room
