I liked the hotel. The rooms are good. Clean. No foreign smell. There was one minus. And we decided with it. It turns out that you can't bring food from delivery into your room. But after 2 minutes of talking, the staff allowed it. I hope the hotel management will make some decision. Either warn in advance and write about it in the description. Or don't forbid it. 😄 and so we are happy. I recommend it. The staff is very responsive, by the way.

The rooms are clean and the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful with everything. They helped us order Taxis, medicine from the pharmacy and even drove us to get money from the ATM machine. Breakfast was good as well. I recommend this hotel for the price and quality. It is 30 minutes away from most tourist attractions.

The gym is extraordinary, I have never seen in my life a hotel with a gym this size it is so well maintained ,has great quality machines and even a boxingring. Overall I enjoyed my stay, everything was just perfect. Would definitely come again.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my check-in experience on the night. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the nightshift receptionist was highly unsatisfactory and dumb. Upon arrival, the porter appeared unwell and was notably discourteous. He was unable to efficiently process my check-in, which caused a significant delay - I arrived early and there were rooms available but instead of earning a guest you letting people move a way. After a long journey, this was a disappointing welcome. Thankfully, the receptionist, Mert, provided excellent service. He was professional, polite, and clearly explained the hotel's procedures. His assistance turned a negative situation into a positive one. This feedback is to have a word with your night receptionist please. Also, I booked a room with partial sea view but given a room that views the city but the view is nice and room is nice.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic three-day stay at this hotel in December with my parents. The location is excellent: within walking distance of the main attractions, and although it’s situated near the Grand Bazaar, it’s surprisingly quiet.
The hotel is very clean, and we were kindly upgraded to a Triple Deluxe room after the air conditioner in our original room wasn’t strong enough. The upgraded room was spacious, bright, and spotless.
We chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant every evening because the food quality was outstanding, and Ozgur took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. Having access to the spa included in the price was an amazing bonus. Our daily routine was perfect — sightseeing until around 8–8:30 pm, relaxing at the spa until 10 pm, and then enjoying dinner at the restaurant with a breathtaking Bosphorus view until midnight. It was incredibly relaxing.
The staff were all exceptionally friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant view is truly stunning. We especially appreciated that on our first night, when we arrived at the restaurant close to midnight, we were still able to order a full meal without any issue.
Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing stay — we would happily return and have already recommended the hotel to friends

Staff managed the flow smoothly, keeping everything replenished while maintaining the sense of calm that regular travelers quietly crave.
The public areas, especially the lobby, were clean, cozy, and inviting. Whether grabbing a quick coffee, catching up on emails, or chatting with staff, the space encouraged connection rather than mere transit.
Small Note
The only subtle reminder that you’re still in a lively city comes from occasional distant traffic or early-morning sounds from outside. It’s faint and fleeting, more of a whisper than a disturbance. For light sleepers, a higher floor or a room facing inward may be ideal.

The staff were so helpful and friendly and the hotel is located in walking distance to a beautiful palace and art gallery, as well as the tram which gives easy access to the attractions of the city. GGuest UserHighly recommend, better than expected! The lobby is grand and stylish, and the location is excellent, within walking distance to Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. The room facilities aren't modern, but they are well-maintained. The AC temperature control, shower water temperature, and pressure were all perfect. A special shout-out to Murat at the front desk for being polite and friendly; he managed to check us in without much delay (possibly due to it being the off-season). Every evening, the front desk would proactively call to ask if we needed any assistance or supplies, and when we requested more mineral water, housekeeping quickly delivered it. I also highly recommend including breakfast, otherwise, it's genuinely hard to find diverse breakfast options outside.

GGuest UserThe triple room felt very spacious for just two of us. It was well-equipped with a TV, fridge, and air conditioning. The location was fantastic, with incredibly convenient public transport nearby, and the overall prices were very reasonable. After staying for four nights, we really got to know the area well. The only minor drawback was the 10-15 minute walk from the airport bus stop, which was a bit of a struggle with luggage.

They even upgraded my room and made my check-in time 2 hours earlier, and they welcomed me warmly.
This was the first time I felt kindness among the Turkish people I met for 4 days.
The room was also nice. The water pressure was strong! The room was really spacious.

AAkif.My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
