I stayed 10 days , but 5days later they cleaned my room . That time she given me a bed sheet with holes after she said to me that “ u pierced bedsheet” . I didnt i never smoke in my life. i asked change bedsheet pls again 3days later but cleaner lady said cannot . My bedsheet were dirty and i spilled water then cannot sleep but she said still cannot . She always angry with her work . I never come again . Location is good .Clean and minimalist . Have terrace . In room dont have any water boiler or cup . Breakfast restaurant close 10:00am then 10:10am they dont wanna give me only hot water or cold water . They were still in restaurant but they dont wanna give me only one cup hot water , of course she is that cleaner lady 😁. so cannot drink water at all during whole day if stay in hostel. Reseption good but cleaner staff ladies always angry she also do breakfast in restaurants. Of course still angry with breakfast 😁. Breakfast is pretty.

Excellent location, very friendly owner and front desk staff. We had a pleasant stay for two nights and we will return there for another 4 nights in a couple of days.

Disappointing Stay – Only Good for the Location
My experience at this hostel was quite disappointing. The bedsheets had a bad smell, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bathroom lacked basic amenities like a hanger, so I had to hang my towel on a window in the corridor very inconvenient.
The water quality was also poor, making showers unpleasantThe water was disgusting — it smelled and felt dirty. And then there's the so-called "key deposit." They ask for 200 lira as a deposit, and if you lose the key (which is ridiculously tiny), they charge you another 200. It’s clearly a scam. It feels like they already have a bunch of extra keys and just use this as an excuse to squeeze more money out of guests.
The socket in the room was so loose that my adapter wouldn’t stay in for more than a few seconds. Everything about this place screams cheap and careless.
The only good thing here is the location. Other than that, it's a waste of money. Avoid unless you want to get ripped off and stay somewhere uncomfortable.

Murrat and ismet two of the staff at the sultan guest House were absolutely fantastic the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and air conditioning to keep you cool restaurants everywhere hosting good food and close to the centre
