Very nice five star property well located and well appointed. The staff and service at the hotel were exceptional. I had a wonderful room overlooking the Bosphorous with a very large bathroom and full amenities. Unfortunately, the main restaurant was closed for renovation, and I only was able to experience, the upstairs bar for one night as it was going to be closed - wish we had known this. The pool outdoor dining area is quite nice for breakfast or lunch as well as the main lobby. Dining area. The hotel is very well located. Truly enjoyed my stay.

I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and I can say that it is one of the if not the best hotel in Istanbul. I'm not the biggest fan of the location as I usually stay in a different part of Istanbul for business but for someone coming on vacation it's fantastic, plenty of cafes near by, can walk to Taksim, short drive to Sultan Ahmet and other attractions. The hotel it self is an absolute master piece, super lux finish and the technology in the rooms is really next level. The service is beyond amazing, it appears that they poached the top employees of the St. Regis, Raffles and Four Seasons and brought them here. Everyone at the hotel was an absolute pleasure, can't recommend this hotel enough.
