"The room, location, service and breakfast are excellent. Well decorated. We loved the breakfast. Location is very close to the pier. Another good thing is that they provide help carrying luggages from and to the pier. But the washroom floor is not properly designed to drain the water. Also they charged extra 800 THB for 10 year old child for one night stay, although I didn’t require extra bed they made it mandatory. That’s not appreciable. Check out time is 11.00 am which seems too early. But they provide luggage storage before departure which is helpful."
"I forgot to take pictures of the room, but trust me—it’s spacious, spotless, and comes with a lovely balcony, which was a total win-win for me. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, and to top it off, we had a daily visitor who stole our hearts—absolutely adorable! Food-wise, we were spoiled for choice. So many options, and we especially loved the prasmanan style—buffet-style dining where you pick what you want. It was incredibly affordable and absolutely delicious. A true highlight of our stay!"
"The property is beautiful and worth staying at. Just enjoy your time there; I miss their horse, ”TAN,” who is probably the only horse on the entire island. Clean swimming and a great place to stay."
"Had a fantastic stay in this hotel Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast very good Room everything you need and very clean and fantastic view of the harbour"
"They explained everything to me in English that was easy for Japanese people to understand. The reception and men's dorm were on the first floor, and the shared space and women's dorm were on the second floor. The only downsides were that the shower and bathroom were in the same building and you could hear music from a nearby bar until after 3am. But I'd definitely stay here again if I go to Phi Phi Island again."
"Walkable location ,near to center and foods. Hotel is new and clean .just the check in take some time ,operation still new ."

RRodrigoBHere's a short review in English based on your notes: --- This hotel is beautiful and tranquil, set in a tropical environment with many open-air areas. You need to go outside to reach the reception, restaurant, or bathroom from your room. They have done a fantastic job of combining luxury with a natural, jungle-like setting—something I've never seen before. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. If you're looking for a more exotic nature experience, this place is ideal. However, if you prefer a more standard/business stay, it might not be the best option.
GGuest UserNever thought I’d be able to stay in a place like this on a very reasonable price. I’m a super happy that I chose this place over the cheap and convenient Tonsai area options. It was peaceful even though there were quite a lot of families with small children. I’m not sure if this was because I was a few days ahead of the October 1 opening of Maya Bay tourism season but nevertheless, it was a great experience. Hotel organized activities are quite pricy but a lot of options with the local village tour vendors so shop around before you decide.
Mmedusa_csThe hotel was good. We lived on A7 room, bear by the lobby and the beach. There were not so many guests, most of people came here only for one day and leave the beach at the evening. Breakfast was good, serving on a terrace. Beach was... normal. Not so many people as at Phuket. There are enough deckchairs, but some of them are ”permanently occupied”. People leave their towels and never come back, staff make nothing to fix it. We saw some monkey one day, they were looking for something to eat in the thashcan. Hotel is good for it's money, but not much things to do around. To do something interesting you have to ride to Tonsai on a boat-taxi for 100-150 bat.
BBibby’s tripThe staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and they even arranged breakfast earlier than the usual opening time because we had an early morning flight. We really appreciated the extra care and thoughtfulness.
GGuest UserWords cannot describe how beautiful the resort is. Service is top notch. You can enjoy their private beach. Food is also very Good. Bed was very comfortable. You can have a great sleep there. They will pick you up from the pier & drop you off. No worries with that. Good 10 min walk from Macdonald.
GGuest UserGreat hotel & location a little bit away from the hustle & bustle of the port area...beautiful little stretch of beach to walk out to & have a relaxing time at. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to give this hotel another go around my next time in the islands.
