"We have a great stay at the 7 hotel. We definitely return and recommend the place to everyone we know who will visit Lisbon. Everything was perfect for our 3 nights stay. My mom was sick, so we spend most of the time in the room and there was no problem. The room, even though not super big, however, has everything we needed. More than enough supplies of toilets and kitchen amenities. The bathroom is also functioning. I wish there could be a hanger for face cleaning and shampoo, I saw there maybe use to be one but it’s broken, hopefully the hotel repair them soon. The location couldn’t be better, it’s near to Santa Justa elevator and Baixa metro was just step away. Shopping street and bus stop was right in front. We were right in the city center, yet the noise wasn’t so much. We sleep perfectly. On the arrival day, we arrived at 14.00PM after the long 24 hours and 3 connecting flights. The staff are very kind to let us in early for an hour which was really appreciated. On the check out date, we also able to check out 15 mins late which was great too. We book with breakfast included, I love the pancakes and my mom just love the hot scramble eggs, sourdough and watermelon. Even though, the choices wasn’t a lot like a lot, but everything was tasty. Overall, recommended"

"Perfectly located as a central hub to make your day trips to all quadrants of the city. Right on top of a major subway line. Two restaurants/cafes directly outside of the hotel with live street performers. Hundred of bars, pubs, and restaurants anywhere within 15 minutes of the hotel. Definitely choose the breakfast add-in if you are looking for a diverse and filling meal without breaking the bank. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff are excellent as well. No complaints here."

"The hotel is very convenient, most of the attractions are nearby even by bus and subway is very convenient to the airport is 30 to 40 minutes train to the hotel, get off the train a few minutes walk to the hotel, super convenient. After handing over the room, you can put your luggage. Finally, you can play last day and then go up to pick up your luggage and go to the bathroom."

"The location was good and the people at the reception were lovely. But, I would say those are really the only positives. First of all, I wouldn’t recommend booking though this site, as it claims to offer the option to pay on checkin, but charges you before. This happens because this website is a 3rd party, they book a room for you through Expedia. They will claim it’s just on hold - spoiler alert, it’s not. But I digress. Back to the hotel, the walls are paper thin, I had the pleasure to be awakened by my neighbours doing the devil’s tango as if they were in my room. The toilet also made weird noises non stop, like water filling in, it was quite annoying too. The cleaning ladies were lovely and really thorough with the cleaning and making sure everything is as clean as can be, however the infrastructure is so old that no matter how much cleaning is done, some things need to be changed (sink full of scratches, toilet full of scratches and with old rust stains in bottom, towels smelling funky sometimes, shower without a detachable handle, no place to put your shower gel, even though there were holes where some sort of holder should be). Long story short, the hotel really needs some renovation because it is called “suites” but feels a lot like my college dorm. Another rather shocking thing for me was that the shower gel/shampoo bottles were refilled, not swapped, which for me feels super unhygienic, specially since they were very tiny bottles (10-15ml). Also, not all outlets were functional, which is rather annoying in 2023. And last, but not least, 25€ per person for an airport transfer? Am I taking a limo? An Uber is 15€ tops in total. In summary, lovely service but the rooms need some TLC. I would book again if the price was as good as this time since the location is really great, but I wouldn’t splurge on it. "

"nice clean modern room in very very very central of Lisbon(heart of tourist area) , 2 mins walking to metro station (baixa chiado) , very Friendly staff they even updated room for me, if there is a whole body mirror in the room that would be perfect, but still worthy the price , would recommend."

"Good location, clean and room is new. Next door have a small supermarket and behind have a big supermarket. Lack of Amenities in the room, no toothbrush, no slippers, no water etc… Just a coffee machine capsule, few teabags and shower cap. Overall is value for money. I would recommend it."
