Hotels near Ipoh Old Town, Ipoh

Staff is friendly, however the room service a bit slow as after we checked in no towel in our room due to still on laundry, and that was already 5pm. Not a big deal though. Room is clean and they provided white coffee sachets which is nice. Water heater warm up very fast. Old led TV but a lot of channels with different varieties to watch. Hotel provided breakfast is fantastic, few good choices to choose. Amenities include a massage spa within the hotel and guest able to get discounted price, massage service is very good. Nearby there is a pub and Chinese restaurant which seems to be very popular as able to see many cars at night going for dinner. Overall fully recommended this hotel. Also there is flea market on every Sunday morning just outside.

Great stay with friends at Resandau Stay Ipoh. The location is excellent and very convenient near Ipoh town, and the amenities provided were very good. The unit was comfortable, the washroom was clean, and the service was good overall.

A very cool and comfortable hotel with a great design. It's small but exquisite, and even features a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, which is a nice touch. A bit of a shame I didn't take many photos. The room was around 10-15 square meters. The twin beds were basically pushed together, but despite the small space, it still had a welcome card, a mini-fridge, and a small cabinet – everything you need, which is quite impressive. The only minor drawback was the lack of mosquito repellent; my friend's room had mosquitoes, and they got bitten.

Even though the machine didn't give me my room number when it issued my key card, my call to customer service was answered very quickly. The environment is great, there's even light music playing in the hallways, and the toiletries are very complete. The location is also good.

The hotel's proximity to various locations is a significant advantage. This is not my first stay at this establishment. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff are exceedingly helpful. I have encountered an issue with room 818, specifically the shower and sink area. The water is not flowing properly.

I truly feel fortunate and lucky to have discovered this HIDDEN JEM of a Hotel! It is Centrally Located in IPOH, Malaysia and Shopping and Restaurants are closeby and within walking distance! The room was spacious, clean and with a very comfortable bed too! The Room rates are quite reasonable and a great overall value. I think what sets this Artistic Hotel apart from others is the 5-Star Service provided by each and every member of the Team! I had the pleasure to meet the General Manager, Front Desk staff and Room Attendenta and each and everyone had a positive attitude and genuinely cared if I was happy at ALL times. I believe they went above and beyond ALL of my expectations to ensure I was 110% SATISFIED with my stay. YES, QUITE FRANKLY, I WAS 110% SATISFIED WITH MY STAY AND HOPEFULLY I'LL BE BACK IN THE NEAR FUTURE AND WOULD LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN! ¡Gracias Amigos! Señor Ricardo

The location is decent, with a few restaurants nearby. It's about a 20-minute walk to Old Town and a 10-minute walk to Dessert Street Night Market. The hotel has been renovated, but the management and service quality could use some improvement.

Some facilities in the room were broken, and one chair was even missing a screw, which almost caused me to fall. Otherwise, it was pretty good. You can swim, though the water was very cold. The place is spacious, and you can do laundry, but the washing machine was very noisy. There's a big shopping mall nearby.
