I stayed here while walking the Olle Trail. It's an unmanned hotel, and the owner was there during check-in. He was friendly, the location was great, and the place was clean and comfortable. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that the shower water pressure was a bit weak, but it was fine for showering!

I stayed here with my family during a long-awaited trip to Jeju. It's an older resort, but it was comfortable. It wasn't too crowded, so we had a leisurely time. Even though it was winter, I paid extra to use the heated pool, but it was surprisingly cold outside. It was 26 degrees, but it was relatively cold. Aside from that, the resort's walking paths were well-maintained and beautiful, so it was nice to walk around in the morning and evening. I'd definitely stay here again with my family.

Rest well and safely in clean bedding. Since I was traveling alone as a woman, I thought it would be good if it was clean and it would be better if I could sleep safely and soundly. I rested and slept well. shampoo. Rinse. Body wash. The service is good because everything is provided, including foam cleansing. The room was spacious, the bed was big, and they even provided breakfast so I enjoyed it.

Great
CCY TanMy stay at Parnas Hotel Jeju was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional, making me feel genuinely welcomed. The room was beautifully designed—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean—with breathtaking views that made it hard to leave.
One of the highlights of the stay was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the ocean. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the serene atmosphere of Jeju. The facilities were top-notch, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated to provide both comfort and luxury.
The dining experience was equally impressive, with a great variety of high-quality options that catered to different tastes. Breakfast, in particular, was a delight and a great way to start each day.
Overall, Parnas Hotel Jeju offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and scenic beauty. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju, whether for a relaxing getaway or a special occasion. I would definitely return again.
YYTL99Had a great stay in Jeju. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very well maintained, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast had a good variety and was enjoyable. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, making it suitable for both families and couples. The hotel have outlets for May different type of brands, good for shopping. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
MmiumiupsmumFirst, regarding the shuttle bus location: exit Gate 3 at the airport, go straight past the parking building, and you'll reach Zone B. There are two shuttle buses to the hotel; you can check the image for specific times. Once you arrive, just head to the front desk to check in. Korean hotels usually don't provide slippers, so it's best to bring your own. There's a water dispenser on the first floor for hot water. Hygiene was not an issue; it was very clean. The soundproofing isn't great, but it honestly didn't affect my rest. The hotel offers breakfast and lunch, but the selection is quite limited, so I usually bought things from GS25. However, this convenience store only allows local credit cards between 10 PM and 1 PM the next day. There's also a CU convenience store nearby that you can go to. The front desk staff's English was excellent, no problems there. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay. You can also rent bicycles if you want.
MMoshengjunThe hotel itself was decent, and the location was good – the largest local market in Seogwipo was just a short walk away! However, first and foremost, the lack of a front desk upon check-in was incredibly inconvenient. It's a hotel, not a guesthouse! Secondly, while I can overlook the small room size, what I absolutely couldn't stand was that all the lights were touch-activated and would automatically turn off in less than ten minutes! I tend to shower slowly, and this became really awkward; halfway through my shower, the lights went out, and the touch panel wasn't even in the bathroom, but outside! It was also inconvenient when using the toilet. Honestly, I just don't understand this design! You can strive for energy efficiency, but not at the expense of guest experience and convenience, right?! The hotel staff seemed unaware of this design flaw, and perhaps Koreans aren't as vocal about feedback (unlike the Japanese, haha). In the morning, the hotel seemingly responsibly sent someone to inspect it, but after all that, they told me they found no problems! Yet, I felt like they didn't even understand the issues I was reporting, which sounds a bit ridiculous! The dining area was right there in front of me, but then I was told they weren't serving breakfast. I found that quite incomprehensible as well!
GGuest UserCheck in was seamless, there’s a self check in machine! Room was clean, came with all basic amenities. We had shower leak issue and it was quickly resolved after calling the front desk and they sent someone up immediately to replace the shower head. 👍🏻
The only downside is their parking lots are limited (& tight), and some nights we ended up parking at the nearby public multistorey carpark, they did offer to reimburse the fees but it was still a hassle.
GGuest UserFirst of all - the perfect stay, favouriting. This is pretty much a two-floor townhouse with widest possible 3 bed rooms and all facilities included (plus three toilets and bath-tube). Very warm at winter. Very enjoyable stay.
A bit of details. The unit is a part of mini-city of similar houses around. It is built right in the forest. The architects were brave enough to keep original trees around, so your windows are looking directly into the forest - with all the singing birds, tree branches nearly touch your windows (btw, the third photo is from one of the windows). It is very silent place, with breathtaking volcano views.
From facilities point of view, the project looks like suffered from financial hardship - most of the things in the minicity that were planned - are still on the plan or were outsourced to another companies (though, I am sure, once the project is completed - the price will double at least). There is no restaurant as such (at the time of writing), at or even around the place; swimming pool is largely incomplete. The BBQ mini-room in the center of the house (which is directly under naked sky) totally rot beyond repair, but I admire designers decision to build it. Never saw anything like this before. I bet it can be rebuilt.
Deliveries to that area does not work - too far. So if you hungry at night - you don't have too much of options than a ramyon or cooking yourself (saying this, we discovered 이승악식당 next door - saved us greatly at lunch time). Gym equipment looked very rich, though the gym room is a bit disproportional in size - barely fits it all. Btw, we found a great table tennis table there.
Overall it's a great civilization escape. Few things to be planned ahead but waking up by the sun shining directly to your eyes - unbeatable. I believe it's the one, where wife's and husband's opinions differ :).
GGuest UserA few things to update from the most recent review: the 7-11 next door is gone/being renovated; you cannot cook inside of your room even though it has a burner, etc. and not all rooms have a washing machine (photos a bit misleading). However, there is a laundry machine available for use, you just need your own detergent.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The cook-your-own breakfast was a great deal for us as a family. The roof top is amazing, 360 views of the sea and mountains, truly stunning.
CCristyTMThis is my second time staying at Shin Shin Hotel Seogwipo. It's very well-located, near the bus stop, has many convenience stores within a 150m distance, close to cafes, restaurants, and Seogwipo Olle Market. I also love that there is a washing machine in every room. 🙌🏼 Moreover, they let me checkin a day late since I was stranded in Udo as ferry services between Udon and Jeju were suspended due to strong winds. I'd stay here again and again. 😃
KKai Szetoroom was clean and spacious for 3 adults. if driving, free parking available and self check in/out through a machine at the carpark lobby. Bottles of water provided every day based on number of pax.
location is good, with a nearby local market with plenty of food. quite centralised, distance to hallim/ udo/ gapado are averaged 1hr drive away.
Downside: there was only small face towels in the room, no normal big size towels. Probably bring your own towels.
overall: will come back! good sea views
카카말아스가르I went to ICC Jeju for GCIM 2025 conference. This hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the ICC. The staff is very cooperative and kind. He can also speak English. The room service and cleaning fascilities are best 👍.
