Kenny Stay Jeju Seogwipo

Clean enough (not by Korean standard) but very good location. A little dusty and signs of rushed cleaning but was ok for me. The corner rooms get quite hot during the day but I didn’t mind it for the views. The lobby area could do with some deep cleaning and sprucing up, slight roach smell in some corners, but the rooms are ok.

We really loved this hotel. Very close to the bus stop, so easy to get around. Also next door to the market which was very cool. We didn’t like the light system for room and bathroom, we found it very inconvenient. Unfortunately our second night there the air conditioning unit stopped working. After trying everything it absolutely would not turn on again. We sent a message to trip.com but as it was after hours, we couldn’t get any real help. They offered to switch our rooms but then stopped communicating with us all together. In the end our room was 32 degrees. An unfortunate way to spend our last night on jeju :/

I had such a great stay at this hotel. The room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the common area was a nice spot to relax. The location was also perfect close to public transportation, cafes and convenience store.

Room was so much smaller than compared to pictures. The cleanliness was really bad, room smelt musty and the bed sheets were dirty with mysterious black streaks. The blinds were also useless to cover the sun. Coming from a frequent Japan-small-hotel-goer, this was really a bad room. Tolerable for one day if you can get used to bad smells. Booked for 3d2n, checked in at 12am and left at 10am the following day for another place to stay. 1 star is for the location, near the city Center of the south. Everything else is bad about this place.
