"Good location . Close to Nagoya station . Unimall U10 exit . Family Mart at entrance of the hotel . Reception at 2nd floor . Basic amenities at reception floor ."
"Excellent hotel, a great location close to the fish market so plenty of options for food. Without a 30 minute walk of Nagoya castle. 5 minutes from the station. Plenty of shops, and underground walkways nearby. Comfortable room, lovely pillows and bed. Nice quiet air con. Helpful, friendly staff who all seem to speak English."
"This is the best valuable hotel we've stayed in Japan throughout our 2 weeks trip! This hotel is very posh designed. There's unlimited coffee available in the lobby with full glass window viewing the street from 2F. Also has a long table with strong wifi for those who need to work. Nagayo stopover was unplanned but we want to come back for this hotel stay!"
"Location is good, about 5-6 mins walk from Nagoya Station. Easier to walk even with big luggage. 7-11 connected to hotel. Had a slight miscommunication with hotel front desk. Told them I need store luggage overnight as I will stay overnight in another town, front desk said ok but when I checked out the lady said cannot if I do not have another reservation with them. Other than this slight miscommunication, all else is good."
"Excellent hotel. Around 8-10 minutes walk from Nagoya station but the walk will involve family mart, 7-11 and a pharmacy that opens till 11pm. It can also be linked from underground unimall but if you have luaggage, take the ground level if not there will be many stairs. It’s easily walkable to the fish market opposite with many supper spots. Onsen is excellent tho a bit small and may get crowded during peak hours of 9-11pm (everyone will go to shower) clean and comfortable with good selection of pillow. Service was good as well. Tips: whatever you need from 7-11 it’s cheaper in the pharmacy, unless it’s after 11pm"
GGuest UserComfort Inn Nagoya Sakae was a solid choice for our first hotel in Japan. The room was compact, as expected in Japan, but thoughtfully designed and well laid out, making it comfortable rather than cramped. The bed was comfortable with clean, fresh linens; however, there was only one pillow per person, and it was quite thin. The toilet bowl was also slightly smaller than what some travellers might be used to. The overall design felt modern and calming, and we appreciated the small round table with two stools, which was handy for a quick meal or planning the day. The work area was practical and well organised, with essentials such as a kettle, hairdryer, and a small fridge neatly tucked away. The bathroom, while compact, was spotless and had good water pressure. Overall, Comfort Inn Nagoya Sakae offered a clean, efficient, and comfortable stay—an excellent base for exploring Nagoya without unnecessary frills.
GGuest UserVery good location, close to Nagoya station which has Shinkansen and JR lines. Amenities are self serve near the lift area, with no limit per traveller. Room is small but expected of Japan hotels, super clean and space efficient with everything you need.
GGuest UserLove the facilities in the room and at the lobby. The hotel do their best for the service. - massager in the room - coffee all day - welcome drink is a glass of wine - the staff are polite and willing to help - clean room - lounge at the lobby The location is not far from Yabacho subway station, only one block away. Good for people who want to stay quiet but still able to shop and dine. Many restaurants around, Alpen is opposite, drugstores and department stores are around the hotel
JJuerl CalanasanOur stay at Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Nishiki was very comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent—close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore Nagoya. The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating, providing smooth check-in and helpful assistance whenever needed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job keeping it tidy every day. Breakfast was satisfying with a good selection, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing. Great value for money and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
GGinny ThamThe room was clean and comfy. Staff were really nice and friendly. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well, like homecooked food, very comforting. And I love that they provided a warming eye mask free of charge everyday! It came with the towels. Excellent service!
