"Love the facilities in the room and at the lobby. The hotel do their best for the service. - massager in the room - coffee all day - welcome drink is a glass of wine - the staff are polite and willing to help - clean room - lounge at the lobby The location is not far from Yabacho subway station, only one block away. "We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The view from our room was great, we can see the sunrise in the morning and the moon at night. Location is superb! It is directly connected to the shopping mall and the metro at B1. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"With the metro station just around the corner (beside the Don Quijote outlet) helpful in exploring the city, this hotel likewise provides convenience as it is also in the attractions-laden Sakae area. Room is standard size in Japan but comfy and cozy. Online work can be done due to strong wifi & dresser doubling as a work table. Noticeable are helpful staff, cleanly-maintained premises + free coffee & tea at front desk. Verdict: stay-worthy."

"The location is very good but it was so dirty!!! there was dust and hair everywhere(( and the floors itself looks unclear. Also there is a problem with closed balcony and a suitcase there😁 we texted to the hotel but they didn't reply to us. also there was a lack of tooth brushes, renewed towels. we booked the apartments because we wee planning to cook wagu but there was a precaution that the smock alarm could react to the cooking and the fire staff will come. So we refused to cook there at all. What's more, it was dirty. Also we weren't sure that there was a clean bed sheets."
