One of my favorite stay in Japan!
+ staffs are friendly and helpful
+ distance to the train station is very near!
+ ichiran ramen open until 2-3AM, just beside the hotel 😂
+ their lobby has a very homey vibe. relaxing working space with few chairs facing the road! Superb!
Room is indeed small, but comfortable. it’s not an issue to me as we go out the whole day!

Stayed on last floor near lift. There is always noise from either people washing or pipe the whole night. Other than that all is good.

The room is small, we traveled with 2 medium suitcases and 2 small suitcases. The space is small for our suitcases. The wifi connection was very slow when i stayed there. My suggestion is better without sofa.

I really love this hotel, the design is superb, the service is excellent, the free coffee and toiletries is great.
it is just right beside to our favorite ramen restaurant, Ichiran ramen. 10mins walk to a mall, or a steps away from the entrace and just go down to a stairs for a mall and other restaurants, and access to subway and JR express.
5mins walk to a bank for dollar exhange with higher rate compare to a machine.
all in all, we are so happy we’ve stay in this hotel. I surely recommend this hotel.

We stayed this hotel again after returned from Kyoto, we tried another room type. However there were noisy neighbours this time, the room is not soundproof. It was not the fault of the hotel as we did not encounter the same when we came there few days ago. Just bad luck :( The hotel is clean, good with nice staff, nice environment along with free good coffee. If you are a smoker, there is a smoking room.

Eventhough Resol Nagoya claim they are tageting customers on a budget, the service i received was close to that which i would received from a 5 star hotel. I had a personal request which I asked the front desk staff to assist. The staff did their best to fulfil my request. I would personally like to thank MRS S Toma. She was extraordinary. As well as her colleagues M China, Tsuge and Kito. Would definitely return to stay here when I am back at Nagoya
