"The hotel is really clean and quite spacious. The Airconditioning is centralized and we were there during winter so it’s on heater mode. The location is probably around 8-10min walk to Nagano station. They have coin laundry in the first floor. They have 2 pillows per bed, one firm and one soft."

"Shuttle bus service from Nagano Station is a bonus! Close enough to attractions by car, parking is abundant paid 1000yen for 2 days parking. Breakfast spread is pretty good. Only down side is that the hotel is slightly old."

"Room is as expected for a business hotel. They leave no corners uncleaned. The level of service of reception is exceptional. The reception can help to send your luggages for you, we sent ours to Tokyo and it arrives the next day. Breakfast is great with lots of Nagano seasonal choices."

"The hotel is nicely situated between the train station and the temple. The room was clean and the staff very efficient. The lobby area had a welcoming area that had free soft drinks and teas and coffee as well as small snacks in the afternoon. We had to delay my arrival a day due to a delay that set us back a day and whilst this was not a problem to sort with the hotel I did still have to pay the full day. Technically this was the rule but sometimes given the trouble we had getting there a little flexibility would have gone a long way."

"Located about 20 minutes from JR Nagano Station, this hotel was a great choice for our trip, especially since we were driving. The highlight was the stunning mountain view from our room, stretching from sunrise to sunset—a beautiful and unexpected surprise. The hotel lobby feels high-class, but the rooms do show signs of age, with a dated interior. However, the onsen experience more than made up for it—spacious, relaxing, and the outdoor onsen offered an incredible view of the ice-covered mountains. A major highlight was the exceptional service. We encountered an issue with our luggage delivery, and three hotel staff members went above and beyond, patiently assisting us and coordinating with another hotel to ensure everything was sorted. Their kindness and dedication truly left a lasting impression. Overall, despite some aging aspects, I’d highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return on my next visit."

"amazing hotel, very near to the train station just need to cross the bridge. there is a convenience store with atm just one minute away from the hotel (in between the station and the hotel). good location and friendly staff. free luggage storage provided as well."
