在長野連住了三晚，酒店位置方便，坐大巴去户隱神社、白馬巖岳一日遊都很方便。酒店房間夠大，早餐豐富有地方特色，周邊覓食也很有很多選擇。

This was our second time staying here. The hotel is conveniently situated close to JR Line, restaurant and shops.
Check-in was quick, and the staff were polite and helpful. I really appreciate how consistent the service has been on both visits.
Overall, this hotel remains my go-to in the area because of its convenience, cleanliness, and reliable quality. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip in Nagano.

Perfect location, it is located just opposite Nagano station, bus and train are easy to get. Lots of eateries around hotel. Friendly staff that greet you everytime you walk pass their table. Great breakfast to charge your day. Good amenities. The bedroom size is also good. Downside is the hotel doesn't have a public bath.

Great location right across Nagano train station. Very small room and bathroom. Tight fit even for 1 person. Staff are friendly and breakfast spread is decent with a small Western selection (though not a must try).

Convenient location right across the station! (It is not sheltered but luckily it did not rain heavily).
Room is clean and big, there is bathtub and a table to sit around. The check in counter has amenities to take to your room.

Location is good, just walking distance or one bus stop to the famous seafood market, cleanliness is good but the overall looks and feel of the room kinda feel old.
