Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagano-Zenkojiguchi

This hotel boasts an excellent location directly across from Nagano Station, with a Lawson convenience store right downstairs. Don Quijote and FamilyMart are also nearby. The rooms are incredibly clean, and they offer a great selection of amenities. The breakfast was delicious too!

This hotel is super close to JR Nagano Station, with a skybridge directly connecting the second floor to the station. There are tons of food options nearby, though the yakiniku restaurant inside the hotel wasn't very good. There's also a big Don Quijote on the second floor, which is worth checking out.

Excellent hotel with a superb location! It's literally a 2-minute walk from the station, which is incredibly convenient if you're arriving from Tokyo. Right next to the station, there's also a bus terminal for trips to the Snow Monkeys or various ski resorts. The hotel itself is very clean, and the room was even more spacious than other business hotels I've stayed in. The service is top-notch. Everything you need is provided; you can pick up toiletries at the reception downstairs, and even pajamas on your floor! The view from the window of the city and mountains is stunning. The hotel entrance is next to Lawson. You'll need to go up to the 5th floor for reception, and then there's a separate elevator for the guest floors.

The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Nagano Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting everywhere (like walking to Zenko-ji Temple or taking the highway bus to Togakushi Shrine). There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was decent, standard for a Sotetsu business hotel. Overall, I highly recommend staying here when visiting Nagano.

The room is spacious and it's close to the train station, plus there's a famous burger joint nearby!
