"The hotel is very good: modern design of the rooms, location - within walking distance from the famous Plaza de España, hearty breakfast (I would like to separately praise the hotel for the many coffee machines in the dining room - we never had to stand in line for coffee). A comfortable wide bed allows you to have a good rest after a day full of impressions. I cannot help but mention one minus. We were unable to connect one of our three devices to the hotel Internet (Wi-Fi). It was our oldest device, however, I am convinced that hotels should ensure Internet access for all guests and all devices."

"Nice new hotel at a great, central location. Parking is also very easy thanks to the big underground garage. The breakfast buffet was also amazing with plenty of options"

"The hotel is around 10 minutes walking from the nearest bus station and is in a bit quiet area. However, once you cross the street to Plaza de españa you’ll find a very crowded area and it is 30 minutes walking to the city center if you enjoy walking. The receptionists were okay. The hotel and the room had an old smell as if fresh air doesn’t flow in there. The air conditioner was only running as a fan and it wouldn’t run in other modes (like cool or dry). The minibar’s temperature wasn’t low enough to cool things. However, the room was clean and neat."

"Good location, nice buffet breakfast, suoermarkets across the street. The thing needs to be improved is to put a shower curtain in between the two glass doors on the bath thub to refrain water splashing on to the floor. Maybe that is contemporary design these days"
