Quick check-in. Conveniently located near public transport for airport transfers. Plaza de España is a 5-minute walk, and the city center and Santa Cruz neighborhood are 15-20 minutes away. Triana is a bit further, but we only used transport for the airport. The pool is nice, though it gets crowded in the afternoons. There was almost always a queue at the pool bar; it seemed only one bartender knew how to make cocktails, so the others just restocked or cleared tables. I didn't use the buffet or restaurant. The air conditioning in the room was very cold and couldn't be controlled. The room itself was quite spacious, and the bathroom had both a shower and a tub. There's a supermarket and breakfast spots nearby.

The room offered excellent value for money. We stayed in a connecting room, and it was spacious and clean enough for all five of us. My only minor complaint is that the pool closes too early in the summer, with everyone having to leave promptly at 8 PM. We didn't get enough time to enjoy it, but I suppose that's common in Europe.

Highly, highly recommend this hotel! There were even international tour groups staying here. It's right opposite the Plaza de España, and the hotel pool is quite large. It's also conveniently located close to all the main attractions. Breakfast was superb, especially the Spanish churros – a definite highlight!

1. The hotel's location is good. I booked a king room with a large terrace. 2. There was only one small 500ml bottle of complimentary water. 3. Breakfast was 17 euros, quite plentiful, and tasted good. 4. There were tissues and hand towels, but no bath towels. This hotel still doesn't provide amenities like disposable toothbrushes or slippers. There are wall-mounted toiletries.

This hotel was overpriced when I booked it, the facilities were old, and the location was inconvenient. The front desk also gave me wrong directions for the bus stop, making us rush to a much further one to catch a bus to Ronda that day. On top of that, the room facilities were outdated, the toilet was terrible, and the room itself was tiny. The worst part was the service; it took almost half an hour to get slippers after several requests, and an iron never arrived. I ended up asking the cleaning staff directly on my way out. The hotel later explained that one call center supports two hotels, so the person answering the phone wasn't on-site – seriously, for a four-star hotel, do they really need to cut corners on phone lines? Absolutely terrible and speechless.

The hotel's website stated that pets were allowed. We arrived with our cat, and they charged an additional 70 euros for it. The room had a terrible moldy smell. After complaining to the front desk, they moved us to a larger room, but it also had a moldy smell, and they said there were no other rooms available. They just put an air freshener in it 🙈 I definitely do not recommend this place!

Facilities: The lobby and restaurant are spacious, but the rooms are a bit small. Cleanliness: The rooms are old but very clean. Location: Very close to the Spanish Steps, just a five-minute walk away. Service: The front desk staff are very friendly.
